Things to know. Its very central. Its a hostel so please don’t have unrealistic expectation. Its clean. I was scared about bed bug reviews but it was very very clean they clean twice a day. They have a kitchen. The bathrooms are shared so wake up early to use them or wait is common. Very chill and nice. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Although the bathroom door needs fixing up a little.

Reception Staff were friendly, helped to show us a map and pointed out the key areas to visit. The location of the hostel was brilliant! Less than a 10 minute walk away from the main attractions, however the kitchen was lackluster to say the least and the bed sheets had holes in them. It was loud at night with the door and people walking in around midnight. If you all you plan to spend as little time in the hostel as possible this great, bathrooms were average.

This hostel is located near the central area of Florence which has the main station, market and even the cathedral at a walkable distance. However it's a hostel so rooms are okay enough with sharing washrooms. They majorily have dorms however have few private rooms as well. They do have a common kitchen where we can cook/eat some food and even a small vending machine for quick snacks.

BED BUGS ALERT! *
We stayed one night in this hostel in the end of December 2024. My husband got bitten by the bed bugs! Generally, we did not like the hostel — rooms look very ugly, scary dark corridors, very cold kitchen, no common zone. No personal light near the beds. Noisy metal lockers. Administrator speeks poorly Italian and English. Location is in the centre, but on the arabic-chinese street. Don't recommend.

I called to ask for a reservation that is available on hostelworld. The person told me that they are full today, even tho I asked for next week and he directly hung up without even listening. If I try to call again they directly put me in line and decline every call!

Pretty close to the city center.
The staff is nice and helpful. The room are alright and pretty clean. I was worried about bud bugs as many other people reported them the night before but my room was spared.
The common area is small and mostly for smokers. It's a good and convenient base to explore Florence.

Not the best cleanliness and facilities.
They offer a tour but the offer says 90€, when I arrived at the hostel both receptionists didn't have any idea about any tours.
The real tour cost was 78€ but they didn't explain it well. So I paid 110€. The hostel staff tried to get me a refund for the difference but the tour company refused it (my tour in Italy).
