The staff was the kindest, sweetest, most welcoming staff we’ve ever encountered in all of our 5 weeks across Italy. Amazing location, great breakfast to start your day, and comfortable bed to come home to after a long days travel. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

Hotel is located in ZTL zone but very close to blue line street parking space around 50 metets away. We are 4 including 2 junior kids and hotel provided us 2 single beds & 1 double bed. Shower room is a little bit small and aircon is not so strong, but our stay was a blast! So great breakfast. Feel like more than 3.5 star hotel as my photos below. The receptionist man with glassees was so kind and informative. He made me to give this hotel 5 stars. Thanks Bonifacio!

Good location great staff.

Very nice hotel, nice people at the reception. Ok breakfast. Ok room, airco works fine but a bit noisy. Horrible pillows, just put to wooden boards on the bed would be just the same.

Comfortable place but especially friendly staff and very helpful. The top not to be in the stress of the center but still two steps from everything.

Perfect Stay in this Hotel with really good value for money. Rooms recently repainted and spacious with comfortable beds, all wrapped in silence. Breakfast is very good and quality, sweet and salty, also served in the garden. Perfect Temperature Despite the heat of the season, with the possibility of adjusting the air conditioning at will. Cheap Parking and close to the property. Very central Location: on foot you can reach any destination. Finally Congratulations to the staff: available and professional but at the same time can not make you feel only a guest but almost "one of the house".

Clean hotel in the city center, comfortable. However the air conditioner was not working in our room. Standard breakfast. Overall positive stay.

Pretty cheap Hotel to be so close to downtown… The rooms made to measure were not huge… But I have to say I went in the winter and the rooms were nice hot… Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Not far from the city centre, the hotel is very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good I would gladly go back to this hotel.

Very simple, almost a B&B. Staff was very kind. Bathrooms were small, and beds were stiff. Not very much space. Very slow Wi-Fi.

I booked with Groupon a double and got a small room but very comfortable. The room was very clean, even the bathroom despite the curtain in the shower. An excellent and abundant collation. Walking distance from the center. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I loved it. A breakfast that was spectacular (juices, masses, etc, all top quality). 500 meters from the Mercato Centrale, and very neat rooms. Also close to all the historical part of Firenze.

My stay was two nights. Very clean, always open, bathroom with shower and good water pressure, hot water without comings and goings. My room had extra bed so it was bigger than the one I saw as I passed down the hallway while cleaning them in the morning, but I think they have an acceptable size. Hot and cold air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is more central than it seems because in twenty minutes you can be on the other end of the historic quarter. Finally thank the staff who are very friendly and attentive and they printed us free the boarding passes of our flight back.

We arrived in Florence 3 hours before the check in time. The staff was very frendly & helpful. We got our room (super clean) before 2pm (check in time). The receptionist gave us great advice on what sites to visit and provide us with information we needed. The hotel is 10 min away from the Duomo, and it is close to the train station. The breakfast in the hotel was good! If one day we come back to Florence, we will stay there again!

We were treated very well, the rooms was clean and the bed good. We stayed there for 4 nights. The Italien breakfast are normal not good but the breakfast at the hotel was good nothing was missing. It is were close to ever. We will for sure come back.

It was a nice room and good service. It was close to the center of the city (within walking distance). Overall it was a good experience for a one-night stay.

Pretty great deal for this hotel. The staff are unbelievably friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location is outside the city center but an easy 10-15 min walk to all the major downtown locations. The air conditioning left a lot to be desired however.

I booked by telephone 2 double rooms that I have been promptly confirmed. When I talked to have a coupon paid up front that I've been given, availability wasn't anymore, in fact I confirmed it was reported that until the end of the validity of the coupon, the rooms were not available.
Very unprofessional.

Nice hotel, delicious Breakfast, friendly staff. But here's the Internet, who stated in the advertisement is not caught from the rooms and in the common areas is caught very, very bad.
