➜ Very central, it is on a fourth floor of an old house (but with a lot of class) and has an elevator. Good breakfast included and also in a beautiful place if weather is nice, a terrace overlooking the cathedral. Access from the street is comfortable and easy. When you arrive it is very easy also to find and very close to the train station, as to walk. Rooms with air conditioning of cold and heat, spacious, comfortable and very clean. There is a room that is smaller, but as you wake up in the morning you find yourself in front with the view of the cathedral. The only downside is that for people with very, very, very sensitive sleep, in times of much sightseeing you hear the noise of the street in the rooms that overlook Via Roma. Although I had no problem sleeping and was in one of those rooms.

We tried to stay here… unfortunately we were a little late due to traffic. Upon calling the owner they were unwilling to wait 30 minutes for us to arrive, but they were happy to keep our money! They left us in a lurch trying to find a hotel last minute. Just terrible customer service! They shouldn’t be operating a hotel in Florence if they can’t stay after 5pm for check-in.
