B&B La Cittadella Bed and Breakfast

We stayed until yesterday at the citadel, which say close to the station, the room really nice and cozy, the staff friendly, great cleanliness and hearty breakfast, we stayed together with a 3 year old and we were very comfortable.

Super Clean I the receptionist very helpful.

Clean place and friendly staff. I can't say anything about the price because the stay was a gift. The location is quite central and close to the Santa Maria Novella Station.

Small B&B, which has 6 rooms without bathroom, which is in common with the other rooms. Location good but not great, not too far from the station but at 20min from the centre (which for the size of the city are enough. Friendly and welcoming staff, attentive to the cleanliness of the environment and the common areas (room, bathroom, …). Prices more than affordable (about 22 euros per night per person plus 4 breakfast if you want to do there). Only flaw, rather important: being a B&B I would have expected something more from breakfast, which is poor enough of choice and quality (croissants and jams packaged, some cereal, bread or biscuits, sweet Savoy for Nothing Exciting and little choice between hot drinks). In summary, place all in all satisfactory, which fully achieves the sufficiency, but with some shortcoming in a service important to be defined B&B, breakfast.

No more, no less, what you pay for! Very tasteful and good location.

Good location, clean rooms The only negative that the day before traveling to Florence the baby got sick and requested the cancellation without expenses but we were denied. In the end we were able to travel leaving the baby with their grandparents but it was not the idea.

In una camera per 3 persone il letto singolo ha le molle. La porta del bagno in camera è scorrevole, agganciata solo dal lato superiore e ciò non permette di chiuderla, ma usarla come tenda. Colazione buona. Tuttavia, nonostante I piccoli difetti lo consiglio.

Bed and breakfast cheap but very pleasant, located 5 minutes from the main train station and 10 from downtown. With fast Wi-Fi, clean room and spacious bathroom. Breakfast is included and plentiful. The staff were extremely courteous.
