The hotel was located on a street right next to the river. The staff was informative, helpful, accomidating and friendly. The room was quite large and clean; the bathroom was quite small, but functional. The walls were thin; I could hear the couple with a yound child in the room beside us all night and the teens partying in the room above. We only stayed 2 nights, but for the price it was still worth it to us. 40 Euros/night.

Mediocre Hotel, super heated and mosquito-filled rooms despite the winter month, hygienic service to improve! Very helpful Note… paid parking of Euro 15 per day, it is cheaper to park in Florence Center!

Reception open 24 hours was the option that made me decide to spend the night, then upon arrival the staff, cleanliness and location confirmed to me that I had made a good choice! In the morning there is a breakfast pastry Lungarno fantastic x.

You can't beat the friendliness of staff and owners especially Nicoleta. Who looks tired but always has a welcoming smile to greet you. It's my third time back to Florence and always with this hotel or its affiliate! I'll be back again soon and will bring more family and friends to this friendly and homely hotel!

Not very warm. Very noisy room (customer without discomfort, poor insulation). The parts are small, well decorated but not in very good condition. Access to the bathroom, too small.
Hotel can be described as thief. Because despite an early departure, we had to pay the whole stay! especially since the next night the room was already occupied.

Cheap hotel in like a two star hotel and agreeable as a three star. The room, though small impact occurred, eventually proved to be suited to a pair of travellers, very comfortable and really comfortable mattress. The bathroom is also small in size, is well organized and recently renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful staff, free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Importantly the possibility to reserve parking at a price significantly lower than the average of the place. Another positive note is the site of the hotel, from which you can book the room, breakfast and submit their requests. The only two flaws were the espresso, made with a self service, and the presence of intimate instead of handheld shower bidet, but are two black blemishes.

Very friendly staff. Close to the city historical center, you can pretty much walk anywhere you want in no more than 25-30minutes and it is a gorgeous walk. We had a n ok room, nothing to complain about. The ceiling is really interesting since it has been conserved from the initial decoration of the building. Only thing is the breakfast that wasn't as complete as expected since it didn't have any cold cuts. But that was no issue since Violeta, the lady who was serving us, made it really pleasant by giving us advice on where to go. The receptionist, Nicoleta was so helpful by welcoming us and also giving advice on the places to visit in Florence. We had a great experience and I personally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have an affordable room close to all the tourist interest points.

A cheap and clean hotel.
If you have any excessive claims, is the hotel OK. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.
The rooms are clean.
However, the rooms are sometimes less than on the pictures and bathrooms are very short measure.
The images that exist on the Web are probably preferably from the 1st floor where the rooms are etwwas larger and higher.
It can happen that a 1-bed room on the fly is a 2-bed room and a double room with a third bed if required will be upgraded. This then has the effect, that the premises then something closely work and one trouble has to find storage places for clothing worn or sanitary products.
But it copes well and the rooms serve their purpose.
You shouldn't even show up as the air conditioner is operated.
We were initially somewhat disappointed on arrival at the hotel.
Before knowing it and adjusts it, nothing in the way is a pleasant affordable stay in Florence.
The hotel is easy to find, because it lies on the River Arno.
If it is not "foot lazy" you can reach everything on foot.
If the budget is tight, the Hotel definitely is recommended. Who is more sophisticated and can spend more, may be better served with another hotel.
