We appreciated the friendliness of the staff and enjoyed ourselves in the restaurant with fresh cuisine (pasta with squid and pecorino a treat as well as the tiramisu…)
Good traffic location, near a Lidl to buy stuffz, rooms are nice and clear, but a refrigerator is missing. The staff, recepcionist was really helpful, we got another room after airconditioner died. Recommended.

I was recently at this hotel and can’t say enough how excellent the Staff and accommodations were. Treated like family in all aspects. The room was clean and safe. Parking was very simple and easy to get to the local train. Breakfast was great as well as the restaurant attached to the hotel. There are lots of other places in the area for eating, but there was no need, they had it covered. Will definitely be back when in Firenzia.
