The managemente is very caring, the spaces are very clean an there is a common kitchen with fridge to cook your owb meals. Me and my wife ended eatind dinner with other house guests who was far better than us at cooking.
The beds are confotable and not too hard nor to soft, the views are good and you are at 200meters away from the train that every 5 minutes connect with city center. You cuold also hike for 10 minutes to get there anyway.
