Hotels in Rome with Breakfast near Santa Prisca

Totally recommend it!
Massimo in the reception was the best, always available and helpful. They helped us find a taxi to the airport on our last day.

I had a very positive stay. The hotel staff was highly respectful and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel and the rooms are notably clean and well-maintained.

It is a beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even with my husband's mobility issues, we were able to walk to many sites. We had a balcony overlooking a gorgeous garden.

Good location if you want somewhere quiet that’s still close to everything. The rooms are spacious with a cool minimalist design and a big bathroom. We loved having a balcony.

Incredible experience! The staff is so friendly and they go above and beyond to take care of you. And wow! Don’t get me started about the installations and very nice location.

This hotel was amazing. The staff is so incredible and attentive and they are so happy to help.

Really the best hotel for this budget! Everything is great — modern technology, smart locks, and very clean rooms.

The lobby and shared areas of this hotel are warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated—just like the rest of the building.

Great place to stay, brilliant position next to the Colosseum. Clean and surprisingly spacious for a city centre hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Check in and out fast and efficient.

What a wonderful stay! The beds were super comfy and the rooms spotlessly clean!
Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially when my husband left his credit card behind!

A belated review, but one that's well deserved. We stayed at Hotel Chapter Roma for one night on April 1 on our way out of Rome, and it was one of those places that left a lasting impression.

Chapter Roma was absolutely perfect for our time in Rome. We experienced a massive train delay on our way into the city, pushing our arrival incredibly late into the night.

It is a sweet hotel, located conveniently at the heart of the city, walking distance from every significant sightseeing location in Rome and to good restaurants (including kosher). Wonderful service.

The rooms are decent and neat, but space was not found to be adequate enough. The breakfast served at the 5 floor cafe was just fine.

I really recommend to stay at this hotel if you’re visiting Rome touristically.

Very nice hotel, close to the Colosseum, two minutes bus stop. It takes 25 minutes by direct bus from the airport. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious and varied!

Very close to colosseum and walkable to many restaurants and public transportation hubs. The room is slightly musty and because of its location, noisy at night till about 2am. Service was good.

We had a great stay at the hotel Labelle in Rome.
The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city.

Had a fabulous stay with my mother and sister in two interconnected rooms on the top floor over looking the Forum. Had a bottle of complementary prosecco in the room which was a nice touch.

Loved staying at the Kolbe! I stayed with my family — including a 5 year old and a 1 year old — and enjoyed the property greatly.

We had a fabulous stay last month at Palazzo Velabro.
It is a beautiful property, in a great location.
We were in a suite on the fifth floor. It was large, spacious and beautifully appointed.

What a GREAT boutique hotel. The room was wonderful, with a backyard view that was truly mind-blowing. The bathroom was excellent. The mattress was excellent. Service was absolutely top-flight.

A great place to rest your head with a lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Great neighbourhood and close to the Rose Gardens, Orange Garden & Knights of Malta keyhole.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sourire. The location is great: 10-15 minutes from the Collosseum and Baths of Caracalla. The rooms were very clean (priority for my wife).

We booked our stay via LoveHolidays, it was a 3 night stay (Fri-Mon) and we were absolutely blown away.

Friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast room service. Locked private parking. They also have a laundry room for doing self-service laundry (although we did not use it).

We stayed at Locanda Cairoli, for 4 nights, right before Christmas. The Hotel is so easy to find, on a piazzeta, you can see, on the first floor, the "HOTEL", writen on the windows of the first Floor.

Great hotel that has a home vibe. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The front desk recommended us with two restaurants and they were super delicious.
Hotel was clean.

HT6 Boutique Hotel is a real gem — perfect location in the historic Jewish Ghetto, super close to the Pantheon, Campo de’ Fiori, and great restaurants, but still quiet and charming.

We had the most exceptional stay at the hotel.

Everything was great, this is the second time I visit Rome, and also the second time I choose this hotel.

Gorgeous little hotel in good location near Ostiense Railway station. Easy instructions for check inn. Lovely breakfast served in the room.

Clean, spacious rooms and super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

A hidden Jem! It’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s clean with a perfect location.
Thank-you Francesca and Antonietta!
See you again soon.
Mary.

What a place! Perfect location, super easy to find, near by all good restaurants, in front of a supermarket… really nice.
We stayed for 5 days and it was great!
The staff are great!

Myself and my amazing family stayed at SuitInn19 for the last few days and it was outstanding!

We stayed for 5 nights while visiting our son who is studying in Rome. It was amazing! Ursula is an incredible host; it’s like staying with a family member.

For us this was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Rome. Walking distance to most of the famous landmarks. Clean, spacious, nice rooms.

I'd stay here again. For a European 3*, it's exactly what you expect.

Had a great 1-night stay here! Hotel staff was very accommodating — they let us leave our bags in the hotel for the day even after we checked out.

Paola was an absolutely incredible host and made myself and my fiance immediately feel so welcomed.

Our stay in this small hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive.

This B&B (note the breakfast is found at a cafe just around the corner — 3 min walk).
The room was (the Sunshine room) was a good size & easily provided us with enough room to be comfortable.

Stayed here for the duration of our trip to Rome. Great location, close to restaurants and shops in Travesterve yet peaceful at night. Walkable to other areas like Ponte or Spanish Steps area.
