Great location for exploring Rome.

We had a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent in every aspect – both the reception and the breakfast staff were friendly and professional.

Rooms a bit dated but clean… great welcome and helpful staff… very good location for both working and tourists.

Good choice if you want a good, clean, friendly place to stay without spending lots of money. Located in a lively Roman neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, bars, shops. And good public transport.

We really like our room. It has a king size bed and large bathroom. If I have any con, it would be that they do not have coffee in the room.

After spending 4 nights in Albania we were off to our next destination which was Rome.
I organised this all myself.

I was concerned after reading the reviews however I had nothing to be concerned about. The hotel is a short walk from the Termini Railway station and on the 70 bus route.

Stayed for 3 nights on a B&B basis in the main hotel, booked via Jet 2.
Excellent location near Spanish Steps and metro, easy to get out and about on foot to explore Rome.

Location, location! Perfect for being in the thick of the city.
Staff was fabulous and so nice. Lots of steps in the hotel. But they do have an elevator. Rooms were nice and large.

This is a lovely guest house In a great central location. Spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and a comfy large bed.

Nineta was very kind, very romantic and clean rooms, free coffee was delicious and free luggage leave. Perfect for loving couples.

I have had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect – right next to the beautiful Villa Borghese park with several museums just a short walk away.

I loved this hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The place was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the area felt very safe and central.

Fantastic Hotel in Rome with an exceptional service and breakfast! We stayed here for a few days pre-pandemic and had a lovely few days.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Security was very good, rooms were nice and clean. Rooms were cleaned with fresh towels daily. They have espresso/latte machine available for free.

Staff was curious and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and held our luggage after we checked out. The facility was clean, spotless; no insects.

Amazing location, 2 minutes from Vatican museum. Pretty and clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Access to kitchen with all essential equipment including coffee machine.

Stayed here for a night when visiting the Vatican. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, extra blankets and pillows if needed, warm enough in January and had a great night’s sleep.

Stayed late June 2023 and room was very clean and comfortable with a family of 3. Air conditioning worked great as we slept very comfortably.

Tha hotel is small but very well located.

The house is located in the heart of Rome!
Our room was very clean and cozy!
We don't used the kitchen, but it was fully equipped.
The bathroom is spacious with big mirror, perfect to get ready!

I am reading the negative reviews and it sounds like this is where they send people for canceled flights. It is relatively close to the airport, about 15-20 minutes by car.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The customer service during breakfast was the best! Tony and Christian took great care of me, always with a big smile and a friendly attitude.
