Great Location next to Termini. It was a really run down old building with the hotel taking up one floor inside was clean but there was no attention to detail there was leak stains on the roof dirty details left on the desk.
The Indian man who checked us in was very nice warned of pick pockets and lent me a phone charger. The beds were comfy but could do with a refurb.
The staff are really great and the location of the hotel is perfect. However the rooms were not clean and there was dust under the beds. The pillows were very thin and there weren’t enough pillows in the room. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The one evening the hot water wasn’t working in the shower and the other evening the elevator wasn’t working.

Toilet flush super super loud, couldn’t flush during night cause it sounded like a plane taking off.
Corridor door wouldn’t open, had to call, they couldn’t understand basic English and the lady started screaming, passed the phone to a guy. Instructions weren’t in the message. They came bother next morning asking for the card I took from the reception to open the corridor door the previous night, after 12 minutes on the phone.

Don’t know what else to say, it was just the worst “hotel” I’ve ever been.
