We had a lovely stay here, staff so friendly, hotel is lovely, nice breakfast in the morning with lots of choice. Thank you for making our stay more bearable considering what your country is going through at the moment with the coronavirus xxxx.

Absolutely amazing hotel would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Rome.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The people at desk were very rude, especially to Americans. Wi-Fi and TV never worked the two days we were there. Staff just said sorry we will try to fix it later. Stay anywhere but here if you ever get to Rome.

Good breakfast, very helpful staff, convenient location.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We spent each evening in the hotel bar which was quite comfortable. The bartenders seemed to double as porters which made for some interesting conversations. We got some of the back of house insight. We particularly enjoyed Omit. Sadly, he left us for a short trip to Madrid. We would surely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Currently staying here it’s a beautiful hotel inside staff have been attentive when requested breakfast was as expected housekeeping has been very good with someone coming to our room every day and getting fresh towels and toiletries. It is in a very good location restaurant close by if you don’t want to travel far at night after a full day of sightseeing. Also in walking distance to a lot of sightseeing attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is quiet and located near the city, the staff was really kind and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Highly recommended!

Great hotel for the price and what we needed. Very clean. I stayed here only for 1 night before getting a rental car to drive the Amalfi coast. Good location to walk to the main shopping area and trevi fountain.

Late in the evening spontaneously get a room for one night. Beautiful double bedroom and delicious breakfast. I felt like a princess in the room! For me as a student it would not have been my first port of call because of the price, but I really enjoyed the stay! Definitely recommended!

Appropriate and welcoming this beautiful four-star a short walk from Via Veneto offers an accurate synthesis of courtesy and good taste in the breakfasts and decoration of the beautiful rooms.

I would have put five in the view of the kindness of the staff both in the room and at the reception… but the excessive and invasive olezzo of all that abundance of perfumes lowers the rating. It's a headache and a belly!

Decent hotel, bfast is good. But not one of the bestss. Take it if you find cheaper prices. Locality wise awesome, and good staff.

I stayed 2 nights. Good location, professional staff, easy check-in/out. The hotel is located about 25 min walk to the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. There is a couple of good restaurant within walking distance. Train station is 7 min drive (UBER $10 US). The hotel's decoration is nice. Free breakfast was included (continental style). Good rates ($90 US/night). Only minus no soundproof walls.

Nice location, close to couple attractions. Avoid Room 106, below this room is where they load and unload laundry and garbage 2 to 3am in the morning. If possible get a room that is not facing any street. Very friendly and helpful staff. They deserve a 5 star rating.

This hotel is in a good, fairly quiet location, within walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and train station. Also close to bus and metro routes. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lift. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the dining area is nice, though would rather sit on a chair than a stool. The rooms are small and, though fairly clean, are a bit shabby. The plastic/disposable cups provided in the room did not make it feel like we were in a 4 star hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever tried to sleep on. Unfortunately that would put me off staying here again.

Central Hotel in the stately neighbourhood. Well connected, great staff and utmost courtesy! Street on which it faces particularly busy.

Friendly staff breakfast is really good and clean room. Also is 12 to 30 min walk from the major attractions in rome.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Great Internet in rooms. Only downside a matter with hot water. 1st room didn't have any and the 2nd room they proactively changed us to reached moderate hot water.

We spent a wonderful 4 days in the hotel & Rome celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, lovely hotel, lovely staff, would highly recommend a stay here.

The Hotel Veneto Palace Rome in a very nice area of Rome a few hundred meters from the most famous scale of the world the hotel is very convenient to front parking and very safe since close to the American embassy and very renovated hotels all with service of Video cameras right in front of the hotel there are parking lots that if you arrive from Friday night if on Saturdays and Sundays do not need payment then with a few euros you can stay all weekend.

The bathroom was very small and the room was very good. The staff however excellent.

Cons:Duvet was dirty. The floor was dirty. The loo roll wasn't replaced and had to ask for more. Pros: nice area of Rome. Reception guys were polite.

Clean and friendly Hotel. Luckily in the rooms there is no carpet. Very small and comfortable rooms frequented by foreigners. Breakfast buffet not very rich. Friendly and helpful staff. Taking into account that it is in the center of Rome, overall it is a advisable place.

Very nice hotel, the staff are always very polite and helpful, just ask. Our room was lovely the decor was very nice. Breakfast is usually continental although there was scrambled egg. It is help your self. The only thing that let the room down was the hard mattress but that's a personal thing. The hotel is located about 1km from the Spanish steps and the trevi fountain so easily walkable and you get to see a bit more of Rome. The Vatican city is about 3.5 km away we did walk it but you will be on your feet all day as the tours are 3 hrs.

Had such an amazing time in Rome! Hotel was great! Really friendly staff, super comfy room and perfect location. The guys on reception were really helpful and the map on the front desk was a great help too. All landmarks are in walking distance and easy to get to (especially when the sun is out). Thank you Rome and thank you Veneto Palace.

In appearance through the site everything looks great and a 4 star hotel but, 1) Poor cleaning 2) cobwebs and spiders on cornices 3) The stick in the cupboards filled with dust 4) at night in the room 303 They came out of the baseboards and cupboards the Cockroaches, my wife was terribly seen the phobia for these nasty insects 5) All rooms need a detailed renovation 6) to make it feel that the whole thing is clean they use deodorantie sprays that cover the odors for little and that, for those who are allergic is not the maximum or 7) Staff nice enough 8) In conclusion We abandoned the hotel a day before 8) wasted money.

I like it. There's everything you need, but not the restaurant, come on, it's Rome, do you really want to eat in your hotel restaurant? Go out and find a good place for you. In the hotel, everywhere there's the Wi-Fi, the room is good, warm (February) and silent, the bathroom is quite big, a good shower, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and everything you need. Do you want more? Spend more, but sometimes it's not enough. I really enjoy the place, the staff is very kind and ready to help you, obviously they speak English. The hotel is strategically located… the center is very close, so stop complaining and have a nice vacation!

Wonderful friendly four star hotel in a fairly central location offering great breakfast to start your day!

Small rooms, but so are all the hotel rooms in Rome. Space is a premium. If you want big pay more! Adequate room and ensuite. It's an authentic Italian hotel, so don't expect hot drinks in your rooms. Breakfast is ok. Hot food, cereal and pastries available. Again, Italian food is not like English so don't expect bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, beans, black pudding etc. Plenty of choice even for fussy eaters like myself! Location. 15 min walk from Spanish Steps. 10 mins from treve fountain. 2 mins from restaurants. 10 min taxi from Vatican City (20 euro) Friendly staff, always happy to help. We were on top floor (6)

Out dated hotel bathroom leak water every were. Breakfast seating poor service at coffee machine poor and general cleaning in not good. The bar and room are smelly. Not what I thought a hotel on a insight tour would be like, disappointing.

Very dated old hotel — needs a thorough cleaning. Curtains were falling down, shower was not clean — shower head did not work properly. Our room was in the attic — We were given a different room, which was a little better. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!

Decent hotel, not much too boast about. Just tiny rooms, bathroom etc… but overall friendly people. That makes a difference. Free breakfast is always good and Wi-Fi is quite good at times.

Not really 4 stars. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are small. Wi-Fi is horrible. AC worked well! Staff were polite. Two guys ran the whole show. Breakfast was awful. Runny eggs, baked beans and shredded something? However, if you don't' mind consuming a huge amount of carbs, they serve numerous pastries and breads. No security in the building. Anyone can walk in from the street, so use room safe or better yet, don't bring anything valuable on trip that you can't take with you on outings. Oh, yea… great espresso!

The hotel is well located, being close to a number of attractions. The rooms are well sized and attractive — the decor is lovely. However, after returning to the hotel after a long day out, we returned to find a drawer had clearly been rummaged through and some items of clothing had been taken. After informing the staff, they were wholly unhelpful and unapologetic.

Hotel located in a great location near Villa Borghese and the old town! Easy to get to and well connected, not having stayed overnight I can't eaprimermi as far as the quality and variety of rooms.

Lovely little hotel, very welcoming staff. Rooms are nice and in keeping with the character of Rome, but they're only for sleeping in!
A nice area to stay in, not far from the attractions with a good choice of eateries nearby. Mama eat is by far the best venue, but it is a fair walk!
Breakfast offered a good choice of foods, as a gluten intolerant bore it can be tricky to meet my needs but I can't and won't complain.

The hotel is quite far from subway stations, the rooms are furnished in a gaudy, the Wi-Fi works poorly or doesn't connect, for money, the breakfast leaves much to be desired.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and looks well with a nice ambience but is a bit run down under its smart veneer. Its bar-restaurant has nice food / wines & beers but is tourist pricey (vodka & orange — €10) and the hotel itself lacks some obvious basic amenities. There is no iron or ironing board. No kettle in the room. The Wi-Fi can be poor to intermittent depending where you are in the building. Breakfast is limited and seemed to be mostly cake based. The rooms also vary and some are very small and need upgrading. We found the staff were not terribly helpful initially, but when our bathroom flooded — the final straw, they did come good and upgrade us to a nicer room with a bottle of apology wine. I wouldn't say don't book here, but do bring a travel iron, don't rely on the Wi-Fi and make sure you see a pic of the room you book!

Awesome location as close to Termini but on the Monti side so very hip and safe. Reception open 24hours so arriving late in the evening not an issue. The interior is OTT so uber Italian. As comfortable as it was, it was let down by its paper thin walls (I could hear the lift, the people on either side coughing up their lurgies, super noisy cleaners banging about from 9am) and limited breakfast time (finishes at 10am).

Good location, Helpfull staff and clean.

Very disappointed as I paid for a deluxe room and it was so small and bed was standard size. I was told from travel agent that bed would be bigger in a deluxe room as my partner is very tall, his feet were hanging over the end of the bed. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room and no iron or ironing board in the entire hotel. I didn't like the set up for breakfast as I felt I was in school, the room again was very small and tables were small for 2 people and all the chairs were small stools! However the location is good and the staff were very friendly, unfortunately I won't be going back. As a 4 star hotel I would rate a 3 star.

We were greeted at the front desk by warm, friendly staff who checked us in and showed us to our room. The room we stayed in was nicely furnished, and there was enough space for us to move around comfortably. The bed was big and had a very comfy firm matress (memory foam), there were spare pillows in the wardrobe but we didn't require them. There is also a safe in the wardrobe which is free to use. The bathroom was also very nice with a toilet, bidet and shower. The shower had the regular shower head and other water jets to allow you to wash your body more easily. There is free Wi-Fi for guests with a strong signal, it is not the fastest and we found we couldn't stream Netflix and Spotify at the same time. Breakfast was a continental style but there was more than enough to choose from, savoury and sweet. All in all very good! Would definitely come back!

Grossly overpriced for room and amenities although service and staff were quite good.

Charming hotel. Slightly shabby. But in moderation. Can even consciously type tradition) ) ) was in a hotel in December. The Italians save and on heating and hot water. Continually warm grappa:-) Breakfast ubogon′kie. But I think everywhere in Europe.

Traffic noise (room on the fourth floor) is very annoying. Soundproofing the frames to be improving much.

My friend and I were beginning September 2011 at the hotel Veneto.
We had booked a standard room and got a room with no window at another hotel next door. We asked for another room in the hotel and got a Verrauchtes small room. The Concierge (Hotel Manager) was very arrogant and condescending. Breakfast breakfast is not a 4 * hotel. No fresh fruit, pastries, coffee or eggs you must pay for fresh coffee and eggs. The Hotel looks in the photos very elegant and clean in reality it is plastic and looks very cheap.
We were expecting a romantic weekend and got a dirty little rooms and rude hotel staff.
