Good location and good services.

We have stayed in the Quadruple annex for four nights. I'm very happy with the stay. Clean and spacious room. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, they did a great job cleaning the rooms every day.

We visited the Hotel with a group of students and stayed for 4 nights. You can reach the hotel easily from the central train station by tram or bus. It is within walking distance to several sights.

I visited this hotel last week on my solo trip to Rome. On arrival I was met by Stefano, who was very friendly, welcoming and had great hospitality.

This is the place you want to stay when visiting Rome. It's a small hotel in downtown, but has everything you need and a great customer service.

The receptionists were friendly and efficient. The hotel has a large lobby area and outside patio for group meetings.

We booked this hotel after deciding to check out early from another hotel. This hotel was clean, staff were super friendly, super helpful, and it was so comfortable.

We stayed for two days at the beginning of August 2025. When we booked the hotel we asked them to arrange a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

While we enjoyed our stay at Mama Roma, no access to the pool and the dirtiness of the reception area were a big disappointment. Our bill should have been reduced since the pool and spa were closed.

The decor at Mama Shelter was delightful, but the comfort even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered all anyone could desire. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the dining experience at night.

Pros: Great location. 20 second walk from trevi fountain, and I feel it is quieter than 'hotel de trevi' as that hotel is RIGHT outside the fountain so likely much louder.

The hotel is located nearby some wonderful sites. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fantastic. The highlight of the stay was the amazing staff.

Had an absolutely lovely experience at TB Place. Traveling with a family of 4 and the room was absolutely perfect for us. The entire hotel I s beautiful and the rooftop is an added bonus.

Our stay at the First Roma Arte was one for the books. This was our anniversary trip and the hotel and its staff have exceeded all the expectation.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was incredible. The staff were amazing and welcoming. Anna did an amazing job of welcoming us and providing us with an amazing experience. Ronaldo is incredible.

Convenient location without being too frantic. It is walking distance from the train station and right near the metro with many good restaurants nearby and 15 minute walk to Trevi fountain.

Beautifully Oasis a busride away from the buzzing city center! A house with a beautiful colorful character just like its employees. You see the love the owners put into this house.

We love the area as it was away from tourists! Taxis to sites was easy with Itaxi app. Having the pool was the best — hidden gem.
