This is an adorable small hotel, the staff is amazing. Coming to Rome, this is the place to stay.

This is my first European trip. The room was very small and I would rather have a larger space to operate in, but that is my personal choice. The atmosphere was comfortable and very accommodating. I would come back. My husband and I have NO complaints!

A rather dated hotel but comfortable enough. Rooms were good and luckily the air con worked well cos it was very warm when we were staying there. Didn't really have a bar (never seemed to be anyone there), advertised a jacuzzi tub on the roof but it was empty when we were there which was a shame. Breakfasts were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't appear to be any hotel parking.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is very good (€5 per day). Close to Re di Roma metro station. Would be 5 stars but for some reason Wi-Fi is turned off over night. Very annoying, came from different time zone and was up in the night with no Wi-Fi.

Perfect location. Walking distance to Centrum and far enough away for local restaurant and relaxing atmosphere.

Good location, just few steps from metro. Very clean and tidy, also fresh and tasty breakfast and Jacuzzi on top, perfect to chill after being a tourist all day. Would definetely recommend.

Very good hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Hearty breakfast.
Be careful if you come home late at night must ring to enter and the watchman is a bit to the mass to come and open you.

I was recently in Rome and I have to say that the choice made for the hotel was great. Clean, quiet, with staff prepared and efficient for anything they have proven to be available. If I went back to Rome, I'd choose it again.

Stayed in their suite with my wife for two weeks, and we loved it. It's close to all the attractions, but far enough away from the noise. The staff, especially John Trapasso, was very accommodating and helped us throughout our trip on places to go. Very happy with this hotel and I would never go anywhere else.

Very helpful and friendly Staff, from reception to kitchen for breakfast.
The only flaw I can find is the humidity in the room and the bathroom open on the bed. In the rooms of the colleagues the bathroom was normal and closed.
Breakfast that you can do from up to 10:30, anything you want, from sweet to salty.
I don't know about the price. But otherwise I recommend it. Close to the tram stop, pubs and restaurants.

It rises on the initial stretch of Via Tuscolana near Piazza re di Roma. Near C is the Metro stop and many bus lines. It is placed in the middle between Appia and Tuscolana two very important streets of Rome and commercial.

We liked it very much. Very clean. Friendly staff. Very good location.

This is such a lovely hotel and all of the staff are so wonderful. Perfect location, lovely and clean, breakfast is great and they currently have the most beautiful Christmas decorations up to top it off! The reception staff are always so welcoming and helpful with every request I have :) xxx.

The structure is very nice, the convenient location, close to both the Metro and trains to the airport and the old town. Great for a business or pleasure stay.

Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Good location, 5 minutes to Metro and good bus links. Close to all the major sites of interest.
Special mention for Sebastian, he took the time to point out on a map pretty well everything worth seeing. He is a credit to his company.

Great breakfast, beautiful terrace.

This is a small friendly hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was tasty, reception very helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there. One little complaint was that the hot tub never seemed to be hot. Apparently it needs 4 hours to warm up, so you need to give plenty of notice!

Incredibly dirty, poor service, very much in the years, unfriendly. Even the suite is old, dirty, musty; Stains on couch and bed, hair and crumbs from the predecessors. Nobody cares if you complain politely. The jacuzzi in the room does not make much noise except loud sounds. The buffet breakfast consists of hard, pappigen white buns and toast. There is no fresh fruit. Only canned fruit. Replenished is very poor, after nice demand it is told that the stove is on the first floor and since the breakfast room is on the third floor, it takes a stop. Unfortunately, no one was friendly and anxious at this hotel. I've never seen this before. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Not even for one night, because it's too expensive. The area is also not worth seeing. A Metro is within 7 minutes walking distance and then it is 3 stops to the city centre.

Good budget accommodation, pretty close to a metro line, unfortunately the line was closed while we were there, but the buses came around every 5 mins.

Very clean hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean towels every day. Close to good restaurants and bus routes. We will definitely stay here again. Good value for money, stayed for five nights and all desk staff members and cleaning staff members were very pleasant and friendly. Cannot find fault and will recommend to anyone. Maybe it is the way of Italy…

One of our favorites on our 1 month trip through Italy. The location may scare you off but the train into Rome is only a five minute walk away and after dark you don't want to be walking around the city anyways. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the shower was AMAZING! We absolutely loved the breakfast and the breakfast is served on a patio upstairs. It was soooo much better than the other continental breakfasts we had that tried to appeal to north Americans. They had traditional pastries and fresh tomatoes and all kinds of other fantastic options. The staff helped us plan out our day in Rome & even recommended our favorite restaurant of the trip too (Pirelli).

The Hotel was very clean and the źona of the room was very nice.

Cute. The staff are nice, small rooms not to mention the bathrooms… On the site is complete with breakfast and then the surprise… Except…

4 star. I don't think so. Room was tiny. Nobody at the bar to serve. No atmosphere in the place. Friends who were staying asked for tea for room service and had a grumpy attitude from the night porter/receptionists. It was near to the metro and was clean and tidy but I've never seen so much graffiti in my life in the surrounding area. Continental breakfast was nice and tasty. Overall, if you just need somewhere to rest your head while sightseeing, I'm sure you could find accommodation cheaper. Don't be attracted to the pics on the internet because the room we all had didn't reflect.

The place deserves for the area, the quiet and the beds. It's averagely clean but cute. I can recommend if you find it at a reasonable price the only suite.

The rooms and the breakfast room if outside is very cold they take a moment to warm up.

Nice contemporary modern facilities, continental breakfast simple but pleasant, staff friendly, very helpful, location is a little out of the way from the main attractions, but Metro station is within walking distance & only a few minutes away. San Giovannia church walking distance and to some nice eating places. We would return again…

Great hotel, reasonable price. Not in the centre of Rome but near the metro so easy to get to most places. Lots of good bars/restaurants nearby.

Room: The room was in order and clean. The size of it reminded me of the motel room one. What is however not very nice was that the drain has always stunk when they used the toilet. Since the bathroom in the room was built, the whole room smelled so unpleasant. Also you should as couple or family know very well is that when you book this hotel, since there is no privacy (especially in the bathroom and toilet). The toilet is protected although but a small glass sliding door by looks — noise does not hold however this.
LOCATION: Since I have been in Rome, I must say that there are better hotel locations to explore the city. It is still close to the Centre, so that you can explore too much walking. Also, our room despite the situation on the road, was very quiet.
STAFF: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast: The breakfast said to us. We were lucky only 3 days in the hotel, so that you could stand it. It is actually enough (except once when us). Breakfast is namely there until 10:30 and we were only one day 10: 00 breakfast and there was no bread and filled up was no longer, so that I myself had to be content with two slices of toast (where the two discs were together as thick as ours a single). Of the offer, the selection was actually okay. It might not be so less, but there's just sausage, cheese etc. (even if partly only 2 varieties) and many sweet (Croissant — filled etc. ).

Just came back from living hotels. From the moment we arrived until we left the hotel made us feel right at home. For ushers, we pay tribute to Jesse, he is always ready to help all the things he can help, commended the tie and her colleagues, they are always smiling and very professional service for us. Commending those who keep the hotel spotless, lovely ladies. In General, in such a large city found that the hotel was a great discovery. We will visit again.

Modern, clean. The staff and "on average" friendly but all in all you can't complain although double rooms are a bit small but still can be good to those without much expectation, breakfast could be better anyway.

Lovely little hotel. Helpful reception and clean room. Convenient location for metro makes it a good base for exploring Rome. Very quiet location with good local restaurants. Would be a five it had a restaurant or snack bar to save you going out after a busy day sightseeing.

Almost top notch service and helpful staff, very good location and overall quality, although the rooms lack views and are packed a bit too tightly. Quality: Very Good Facilities: Very Good Service: Very Good.

We stayed 4 nights in may 2014, too noisy! You hear everything that happens in the neighbouring rooms, conversations, doors, drawers, even the garment hangers.
We recommend if you want to relax after a long day of visiting mostly from 7 in the morning.
Breakfast way (poor fruit juice)
Tiny cabin shower even for small jigs like us.
Correct decoration.
Does not deserve more than 2 stars!

The location is near train station. The room is big and facilities are nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and bright color. There is a social area in the hotel to relax.
