➜ The room in which I stayed is spacious and clean enough. The bathroom has critical issues, first of all, the faucet is too large for a sink so small, which makes it difficult to wash. Unjustifiable absence of hot water. Breakfast is included, but the croissant is industrial and does not contain even the expiration date. Jam is not in single dose, but shared with guests past and present. Check-in arranged.
➜ The bb is located at 100 mt from the metro A san Giovanni stop. Welcome mediocre! The first day I had to take a shower with cold water because it did not come out hot water… after numerous phone calls to the owner have been moved to the room. I am depressed! The breakfast in the morning is sufficient… I did notice the cleaning lady that the water heater was dirty as well as the microwave. I was disappointed that the cleaning lady source the Philippines, she is sad because she didn't know she from where to start, having been taken for a short time. The rooms were very clean. I hope that they can improve over time… good job.

A banal comment, but it's real crowded conditions that need! Excellent, Clean, Quiet and cozy place for a very good price. Very sorry that I just now found out about this place, as in Rome I more than 10 times. In my experience that most hotels do not meet the desired level. And it mestooo, I was very surprised.
