I highly recommend this property! Kindness and courtesy, excellent cleanliness and above all wonderful style!

This is a lovely, old apartment which has been converted into 3 suites.
I stayed in the room with blue wallpaper, which has a bed that other reviewers have said is too small for 2 people.

Amazing, very professional host and everything is well settled. Location is very close to Vaticaan city and Roma Termini is only 15 mins bij Metro, which is just a short walk away.

This is the perfect place, you have the advantages of hotel and the advantages of b&b. It is clean and professional as a hotel and cosy as a B&B.

We found NIK by accident when our prior accommodation failed to provide us a room, we were desperate to find another accommodation nearby and we came across this place. We absolutely loved our stay.

I highly recommend this B&B if you are going to Rome. Very central location in a nice neighborhood (Prati), almost everything is within walking distance. Clean room, no street noise.

We are enjoying our stay at this moment. The hotel room is exceptional, nice, clean, roomy, modern. What's to not like.

Excellent accommodation. Close to all essential contents (shops, pharmacy, Vatican …). Neat and clean. Bus stop right in front of the door. A very nice experience and a warm host.

Very close to termini train station and close to major tourist spots. Room is super clean and staff is very kind and always respond quickly. Also price is very attractive too.

Really nice city to visit. Our hotel apartment was really beautiful and very comfortable. It was bright and spacious. It was clean and the bed was comfy.

What a find! Two steps from Termini, all expected comfort, spotelesy clean, the most professional lady manager I have ever met. There was nothing to much for her, all my wishes were fullfield.

Across the street from Termini is this hidden gem. Clean room, with all amenities, the warmest welcome from Mrs. Aura, an young and beautiful director.

The hotel was lovely, with a fantastic breakfast every morning. The coffee is great too, which isn’t always a given even if you are in Italia.

Great location of the hotel, fresh pastries at breakfast, cozy rooms.

The owner was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and artistic. We loved how he incorporated his artistic talent into the rooms. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and tidy.

Wonderful B&B with ideal location in Rome, near Vatican, metro and bus stations connecting to airports and all parts of the city.
