My husband wasn’t able to climb to the 4th floor (there’s no lift in this hotel and the hotel begins on the 4th floor. The first 3 floors are private residences) of this hotel. They would NOT refund our money! Bad business. No empathy. No compassion for handicapped people. Do not use this hotel.
