Actually a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square! Very kind staff, Andrea will be able to advise you mooolto well on what to visit even in less touristy areas. Good everyone, despite the rooms are not large, they manage with a thousand attentions and care Their guests.

So far so good. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Small rooms, but I think that is quite standard within this price range. Excellent advice from staff about enjoying Venice.

Hotel Firenze is very well located in the heart of Venice just off S. Marco Square. The rooms are small but very pleasant, equipped with all you need. The hotel staff are second to none, giving recommendations to all Venice has to offer as well as pointing us in the direction of hidden gems away from the tourist traps. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Venice and I would most certainly stay there again upon my return to Venice.

Andrea, the front desk clerk was so extra nice and very accomodating telling us what to do and what to not do. He even upgraded our room to a better one. Location is no. 1, with high end shops beneath the building.
I will rate 5/5.

The hotel is located close to everything, the breakfast option was okay, we paid over $500 for two nights it was okay but the rooms were a little small but beautifully decorated.

Very good hotel located close to Piazza San Marco the top for the trip. Warm welcome. The breakfasts are full and good. And for the very clean rooms and fluffy mattresses I would recommend as hotel.

Small, but well-appointed and beautifully-decorated, rooms near St. Mark's. Convenient to vaporetto stop for train access. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, particularly the gentleman who works the day shift. He clearly knows and loves Venice.

This hotel is a wonderful place to go for a nice time in venice. The hotel people are very kind and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and have great aur conditioning. The roof has an excellent view and great drinks. You don't have to be staying there to go up but at least buy a drink if you do go. Not a handicap accessible place but most of Venice isn't.

Very nice clean hotel and very helpful front desk man. Rooms are smaller than they appear on line but very nice. Windows are new so they keep the noise out from the street. It is very quiet in the room at night if you are a light sleeper.

Stayed here in May 2017. Wonderful stay at this unique hotel. Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially enjoyed conversations with Alex, great breakfast… can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel Surper! The rooms are very beautiful! It's easy to fall in love with Venice! The reception is excellent! The owner is very nice and we have to explain or surrender and corners to avoid.
The only problem are the windows, simple glazing, you hear the outside as if the window was open! Me personally it does not bother me at all!

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a decent selection and good coffee. The glass chandeliers are beautiful to look at and really bring the room together. The only bad side is the room was a tad small but still manageable.

Very nice hotel located just 2 steps from St. Mark's Square, the staff were in the small care for us throughout our stay there — downstairs, the rooms were clean and typical in Venice, we would go back with great pleasure and we highly recommend it.

Hotel gasts make a lot of noice after complaining at the reception the person in charge didn't do anything about it, toilet and shower didn't work normal. Wurse hotel every i'm never coming back to this hotel. Even after telling this to the owner no excuses. It's not a 3 star hotel more a zero.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The hotel is centrally located. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable in spite of their size. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Firenze is a great, fair-priced hotel near San Marco. The rooms are a bit small if you are used to anything from North America and the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable. However, this location was optimal for catching water taxis and buses as well the beautiful San Marco Square.

Small but lovely room, friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast. Close to all the action in Venice… just a little hard to find at first.

Hotel ideally located near St. Marco square and held by Venetians. Warm welcome and tips for visiting the city or on the restaurants to try. Room on the 5th floor with small terrace equipped, and a view of the sea! The room is small but functional (safe) : no one comes to Venice for the day at the hotel. Very nice staircase. The breakfast room is full of charm, and more than enough choice! Only point to improve (if possible) is the lane which leads to the entrance of the hotel. In short: we will return with pleasure.

Just enough space, clean, nicely decorated, appliances, furniture and decorations are not worn out which is quite common in Venice. The staff is very nice. Now the bads: the double bed is two single joined, mosquitoes (common for Venice, but not many and easy to track and kill). We never had breakfast so I know nothing about it's quality.

Marvelous little place. The rooms are on the small side, if you're expecting American-sized accommodations, but three of us managed to live there without running into each other too much. Perfect location; close to San Marco — this means you might hear some revelers passing by late at night, but it also means you're just steps away from the waterfront, where you can catch a water bus or a gondola. The desk clerk, Andrea, was cheerful and helpful, always ready to whip out a map and tell you where to have a fine meal, what you should see, where you could find an electrical adapter. Don't miss the roof deck: superb views. Breakfast was delicious; more than enough fuel for a morning of exploring.
