Great place to stay. Super clean and newly redone rooms. Air conditioning works great which is definitely a plus in Italy during summer. Staff is helpful. Nice breakfast served right outside your room. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well located hotel for a very short stay in Venecia. The hotel has been recently refurbished. Ideal for families up to 4 people, using the Junior Suite Room. When you reach the room, you feel much better than when you arrive to the hotel as the lobby/reception is not at the level of the rooms.

Impressive location, if I had not stayed in this guesthouse I could not have appreciated the area of the 'academy and neighboring.

Last weekend we had the pleasure of being guests of the Forestry Levi and we are fully satisfied with their hospitality. Room for 4 people with beautiful mezzanine, great cleanliness, modern furnishings. Breakfast is very rich and really varied. Great location to reach St. Mark's Square and the main tourist hubs of Venice. It is also accessible on foot from the train station or Piazzale Roma (20 minutes). We recommend it to everyone, families, young people or even those who are in Venice for work. Suggestive location.

The house is nice, directly at the lagoon in San Marco. However, it can be quite loud as there is not much to absorb the noise. You can hear your neighbors talking and closing doors, and when there is someone talking in the atrium, it gets amplified. There was no do not disturb sign, and the cleaning lady just opened the door and came in, even before breakfast time (until 10) was not over yet. She was nice to bring fresh towels though, because cleaning time finishes early before noon. If you like to start the day late, this can be quite annoying.

Newly renovated rooms and very clean. Basic but nice included breakfast with chopped fresh fruits. Great location right next to Academia bridge.

Small nice hotel. Does not have many rooms facing the main canal. The room we had no view of the canal but only a view of a small alley. Rooms are smaller than expected but it is not a big issue as you will not spend much time in your rooms Close to the Academia where some great paintings are on display. Nice staff freindly. Breakfast is decent and the sitting area is nice. The hotel is on the other side of venice. Take the water taxi that travels every 12 minutes. Buy the ticket from station that costs 7 EURO one way or you can buy 24 hour pass.

The room was amazing. All very clean and careful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location I loved it like Venice.

Well placed and breakfast room friendly. The rooms are very large and airy. At the water's edge the streets can be quickly flooded to provide waterproof shoes.
This is the charm of the city of Venice. Hotel a little away from the center and next to Vaporetto stop to get around the city.

Newly refurbished Hotel. Excellent room. Located 10 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. What I liked the least was the concept of the breakfast in the landing of the rooms, very likely to wake you up.

Perfect place for a holiday in Venice! Near San Marco and Canal Grande, the price is great for what it offers.
Our room was very nice, clean and breakfast very good.
If I go back to Venice soon, book again to the guesthouse Levi very gladly.
Also the service is great, after my reservation (a few days before leaving) they sent me to mail the map of the city with directions to get to the hotel and an annex with the events in Venice. Great!

Very comfortable hotel and in a great location. From the train station or airport, you can get a water taxi right to the front door. Be careful of the reception guy as he will ask you to pre-book a taxi for your departure. Based on our calculations, he gets a €30 kickback. Order a departure taxi directly from the internet. There are a number of great wine Bars nearby that also do amazing tapas — a must. Great location for a morning run also.

The hotel is great, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and impeccable. The problem is access because its main entrance is in repair.

Hotel in the centre of Venice, this is definitely a valuable factor, just after the Academy bridge, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Pity that you miss the care of some details, the rooms are overall new, but then there are no outlets near the bed, in the bathroom missing the shelves in the shower. The elevator's old.
Venice is a particular city and as a whole it fits well this hotel, also the breakfast is pleasant and with a good choice.

The hotel is in a very cozy alley, where you will not be disturbed by tourists and boats. The interior is minimalist and extremely beautiful, everything is very comfortable and practical. In addition, I would like to add that the hotel has its own suggestions for visiting museums and exhibitions, the administrator will tell you more. Recommend.

Beautiful renovated rooms, nice clean bathroom with good shower. Breakfast on each floor, with good coffee machine and good choice of jams. Very nice, very helpful and friendly staff. One of the concierges even helped us to carry suitcases over 2 bridges. Located next to Pont dell'Accademia (good selfies place and waterbus stop) and close to Gallerie dell'Accademia and Guggenheim museum. Really good restaurant nearby Agli Alboretti which open for lunch too. Definitely recommend to stay, just don't bring large and heavy suitcases that hard to carry over Pont dell'Accademia bridge with lots of steps.

It is a pretty hotel in the center off Venedig. Our room is very clean and has lots of space. Good service.

It's nice and clean, yes but there's virtually no life in the hotel unless u go out. There's virtually no lobby, no tea/coffee components in the rooms. The advert picture gives the impression that it is on the canal but this is actually not correct. It is tucked away behind a building on the canal so there's absolutely nothing to see from the rooms. The TV has no English channels.

The good: They put us in a 5 person bedroom for only the two of us! We stayed in a really big room (our bed was on the first floor of the room! ), and in the ground level we had the television and sofas. The breakfast is full of variety (you have yogurt, fruit, croissants, bread, butter, cheese and ham). For drinks you have sparkling and natural water, juice, coffee (and some variations of it, because they have a machine), 5 kinds of tea and milk. They are located in a nice part of the city, near almost everything. The bad: It would have been great if the staff had informed us that the public transport had a strike scheduled. Fortunately we went to the information store and the lady informed us about that.

Located in an old Venetian palazzo along the Grand Canal accommodation is very good, very clean, all refurbished and comfortable, very good service. The location is unbeatable. You should only pay attention to get, because it is at the end of a very narrow alley after crossing a little bridge. The breakfast is basic but very reasonable. The evening I recommend sitting in the gate facing the channel to see sunset in Venice is a place to recommend.

Ok. Breakfast could be better.
