Hotel well located… very nice staff, and the breakfast is appreciated.

Very friendly staff and the food was good while the price was at a decent value.

In the center, 10 minutes walk to San Marco square. Very nice person at the reception, speaking very good English. The rooms are nice, a bit of "old" smell. The bathroom very small and not extremely clean.

Very very rude management. Aggressive attitude you dont feel safe.

Decent no lift simple breakfast, x a cheap accommodation nn you can ask for more, staff kind great potion.

Clean hotel with a little old fashioned décor but super nice staff… very good location right next to St. Mark's square… away St Samuele… We have a very good time at Casa Arte. The breakfast was very good. I wish we could go back.

Stayed two nights with my girlfriend, what about. All right! Located a 10-minute walk from San Marco and very close to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Normal breakfast without buffet and nice spacious rooms to be of antique premises. At night very quiet area so you sleep fine. I liked the 24/24 entry system thanks to the codes also failing staff at the lobby. Recommended! A little less maybe for the price. But we are in Venice!

Horrible Experience! Don't go there! Small, cold and wet rooms. Breakfast room far to small so you'll have to stand in the cue!
Absolutely horrible experience. Arrived late at night, the rooms were not ready, it was cold and humid in the rooms and the manager refused to turn on the heating. We practically spent a sleepless night. It took a long time to get a seat at the breakfast because the "dining room" is tiny. There was not enough bread and so it was still necessary to wait.
To flee absolutely! The landlord finally consented to a commercial gesture of… €30 on the €820 of invoice.

The room was spacious and elegant.

Its a classic hotel with Venice old building, love it, but the day I check in air-condition is not working. Too bad.

Super hard and old beds … And worst of all the manager, was very rude and could care less… Don't ruin your holiday by staying here.

I slept x 2 nights, very central x walk around. Breakfast simple room Venetian style, no big claims.

Cute little rooms, with nice traditional patterns of wallpapers and beams on ceiling. It's small but comfortable, warm, friendly staff. Kitchen for breakfast is a little tight but that's the charm I guess.

Cozy B&B, breakfast offering could be improved.

Great location near to the Academy.
We must, however, complain that the room assigned to us was very small (not even room for a suitcase), with only one bedside table, carpeted floor, quite different from the one we had booked.
The reservation in fact foresaw a double room of 18 m2, king size bed in the annexe, with marble or tile floor.

Small but very nice structure, welcoming room, nice staff, clean, we will return on the next trip to Venice :)

Good location near the Ponte dell'Accademia. Very comfortable family rooms: two bedrooms and a good bath. Breakfast not good and easy.

Spacious, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good location. Recommended.

Clean beds. Room for 4 which is a bonus in Europe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast caffe latte was excellent, croissants were a bit tough. Price was fairly steep for the amenities but not particularly out of line with Venice overall. Excellent location.

Very friendly service, but tiny breakfast room.
We had the suite n ° 2, fairly large overlooking a small canal so pretty quiet. Up to 8 in the morning: the window overlooks the entrance to a college, all the charm of the Italy!
If you go just a weekend, you don't have to take a Vaporetto pass, walk distances are relatively short.
PS: the French TV channel is on channel 81: 24:00 am news channel.
