What a wonderful experience. Great food, friendly people, an owner that cares. It is worth finding this great place off the beaten path.

We came to eat there by recommendation of friends and we came across a restaurant with full plates. The waitress was top, very welcoming listening to the customer. She speaks great French. I took a sea bream which she kindly prepared for me by removing the edges and the head. Despite the slightly salty bill, we ate very well. Much better in the quality and quantity on the plate because yesterday in another we did not have the same service. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place with fast and courteous staff. Excellent Venetian cuisine and desserts of Mrs. Margherita top.

Excellent attention to our requests. Even when we had to checkout at 3am to catch our flight. They had a taxi pull right up to the hotel canal. Great location, not too far from the main tourist areas but far enough away to be quiet at night. 2nd floor room was clean and not too cramped.

Very good hotel in the heart of Veneziano. The facilities are of quality, the breakfast is very good and the trattoria that works there is excellent, although somewhat expensive.

Small rooms. A lot of noise from the street all through the night even after closing all the windows.

Nice clean room. Good location near San Marco. Standard Breakfast.

Service shipped as soon as possible. They bring us a dessert without giving us a choice.

Quiet, elegant, beautiful location.

Small Hotel located in a somewhat hidden but still central location between San Marco and Rialto. With Google Maps You may have difficulty finding it, ask the local people who will surely be able to help you.
The hotel is clean with a small closet for a first luggage store that will allow you to make the most of the city. The room is comfortable with a small bathroom.

Very good hotel! Nice location close to San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Staff very friendly but do not speak French they prefer English. Gondolas at the foot of the hotel I advise you deluxe Room view on canal it's very nice.
Only downsides: Breakfast was served in the room as the room downstairs was closed for technical reasons. The content of the breakfast was not famous and was limited to a frozen croissant I think of the taste of Orange and biscotti/rye bread in sachet.
Regarding the litetie we had 2 beds 1 place glued to make a bed 2 places and suddenly in the night by moving it created a hole between US 2 and it was painful.
The mattresses were correct.
Italian shower/bathroom correct and clean.
The last day we left in the evening and they kept our luggage all day which allowed us to enjoy the day quietly.
In short, I recommend it was fine for a weekend in love.

We had a nice room overlooking the canal, with a nice new (ish) bathroom. The staff have been helpful and friendly which was a pleasant surprise! Decent enough breakfast with a "real" coffee included. Yum.

Pleasantly surprised, our room is comfortable and clean with a canal view. Excellent location. Breakfast is good, there's real coffee and tasty croissants with other cold buffet items available. Only negative is our room is really quite cold, it could do with some form of heating during the cooler months.

Placed on 4th floor with no elevator. Room was nice, however; to vent/cool the room in the evening we had the windows open and were eaten alive by mosquitoes. There was an exposed wire above the sink in the bathroom. It began to spark and then a loud pop which blew the circuit breaker to the room. No one at the desk so we called the main number, no answer. We called the 2 emergency numbers, again, no answer. We went to the restaurant next door which is the breakfast area for the hotel and we were told they have no affiliation with the hotel (huh, same name? ) and wouldn't help us? I have never written a bad review and frankly probably should have waited until morning to write this, however; needed to vent a little. If given the choice I wouldn't stay here again.

We truly had a perfect stay here: the location is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and it's a really good price! BTW, I'm very picky and a sucker for luxury, and I was blown away by the place, especially given the price! Breakfast was good too, and it was included with our stay. We got a canal-view suite, and stayed 2 nights.

Perfect location, 3 minutes from the main square, the room is well equipped and beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and had everything we could have asked for. Moreover the view from the windows was amazing.

They are very bad as they need to take 780.00 Euro by clicking one number wrong, Why because it is nonrefundable just second day called them, Is This fair? This is unfair, Please, Take care from the reservation with them!

If you looking for a place that has location, budget and a wow factor for impressing people back home then this is it. Each of the ten rooms is decorated in an ostentatious baroque style, with most having canal views. The location is perfect, it's located between Piazza San Marco and Ponte di Rialto, a few minutes to each. If arriving in Venezia by plane at Marco Polo then get the water bus to San Marco — ticket sales for public transport are to the right of arrivals — fastest route is red, slowest blue but you do get to see so much! Breakfast is okay — Venetians don't really do breakfast — but you should tell them you would like it as they cater for the numbers. Reception closes at 8pm, but if you call/email them about late arrival on the day they will make arrangements for you to get in with a friendly note waiting with your keys. I stayed here the first time for one night on a trans-european road-trip and loved it so much that it's now my bolt hole of choice when I need to get away :-)

Excellent place for a budget trip, nice venetian rooms, big bathroom most importantly in the middle of the most popular area of Venice.

This cozy hotel has the best situation between San Marco and Ponte Rialto. Room prices are very competitive in low season (55-70€) even with fantastic views to the canal. Very quite and clean rooms, Venetian style decoration, bathrooms renovated and good heating. Good Wi-Fi. Close to vaporetto stop, shopping area and gondolas just around the corner! Nice and helpful staff. Totally recommended.

A great weekend getaway in Venice thanks to this hotel (70€ per night) with a canal view! As mentioned on the website there is only a few minutes away from Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. A very well located hotel with nice receptionist. In addition, it is an easy boat ride to the airport from Rialto Bridge (1 hour door-to-door). The room is comfortable with a renovated bathroom, good heating, slightly humid in hallway outside of room (Remember in Venice most places are a bit humid). Suitcases can be left at reception before check-in and after checkout. So, very practical to walk and enjoy old streets, charm and alleys all over Venice luggage free! I would recommend very good price quality in low-season!

Difficult to find, but so are many things in Venice. Good location taking into consideration the proximity of San Marco being so close as well as being on a main street for shopping. Breakfast in the morning is also well done and facilities are overall well kept.
