A little tricky to find the first time, but super located a few steps from St. Mark's Square, the breakfast pretty good to put up with the day, obviously do not expect gourmet restaurant breakfast. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It would certainly be an option to repeat in upcoming visits.

Great place to stay. Very central and easy to get to. Clean modern rooms with free mini bar for 1st nights stay.

Excellent location for visiting but our room was very dark as we faced an alleyway. That can't be helped but the material covering the walls was badly stained which was not good for a hotel at that price. I was not impressed I'm afraid.
The reception staff were not rude but apart from the lady serving breakfast, not particularly friendly or helpful either. This was not typical of other regions we visited on this trip.

Nice but small place to stay, only has 5 room breakfast right outside of your room. You can make tea anytime there fruit outside room and biscuit for guest 2 mins walk from attraction. Room is really classic touch.

Small charming hotel in the very centre of Venice, very close to Plaza S. Marcos. Serve breakfast in a family atmosphere.

Rooms are small and the noisy. Heating system is good. Wifi does not work sometimes. Stuff is good and helpful.

Great for the price, location and personality of the place. The fact that there is no one at reception at night gives it a mysterious touch. The staff we spoke to on the intercom solved all our doubts. Efficient and cordial. As for the receptionist, one of them was of hyperformal treatment but very friendly. The other was a little weird. Very formal too, though he treated us as if we had killed his family in a particularly cruel way. Well, that was amazing. Anyway, highly recommended if you get a good deal.

Very nice place! Great service, good food and good prices. They also offered us a trip to Murano island where was amazing. I totally recommend.

It was nice and cool. The room was larger than expected. Bed was comfy. Clean. Friendly staff. Quiet. Excellent location; everything important is well within walking distance. But the damn toilet wouldn't flush.

Ca del nobile was wonderful — the casanova suite in which we stayed was beautiful, (highly recommend this room! ). The B&B is highly professional and allows guests their space — which doesn't always happen in smaller boutique B&Bs — yet at the same time is very personal with much appreciated touches like late breaksfasts and recommendations for places to dine which are favourites with the B&B managers. Five stars.

Lovely hotel, very nice furnishings in typical Venetian style, which creates a romantic atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful both for information about the city that for practical problems. Very nice breakfast and the chance to get in the room. Cleanliness is excellent and also the loction (behind piazza san marco, calle mercerie) is truly enviable. What about deserves at least a second visit.

The hotel is stunning, from every point of view: the rooms meticulous in detail, very well furnished and clean; the relaxed and elegant collection; rich breakfast, and great service.
Customer reserved hospitality from the staff is really great: Nicola and Gloria were very delicate, always present and never pushy. They made us feel at home and things!
I mean, I spend four unforgettable days. Recommended very much.
