The two stars saw the value for money decidedly poor. 270 euros for a small room with old and broken bathroom and dirty carpetare too many. A 4 star should be clean and not have the dirty floor. Room 322 has front views but it's not enough if the tub has almost rusty taps in the bathroom, it's chipped and while you shower you struggle to turn around so much it's small. Breakfast is normal. The location near San Marco the only side, perhaps positive.

Nice hotel near San Marco square, quaint with old world charm, great staff very clean. First time I had ever experienced turn down service for bed.

Location is central to all the things you go to Venice for. Staff and Hotel can't do enough for you, made me scrambled eggs for breakfast. Our first room was at the back, which was near the laundry and noisey. They moved us to another room with out it being a problem. We went out for the day and they move everthing, we didn't lift a finger they did it all for us. Yes it's not cheap but the bar has an excellent stock and is served by the most well informed lady.

First thing, rooms we had are extremely small, and the hotel is multiple structures that have been connected. So rooms might be different in other parts of the hotel. Probably above average by Venice standards. The lobby us nice Restaurant is nice, it's outside with some tables overlooking a canal. Foot was quite good.

Very quiet and top located hotel. The ruby superior room is big enough and has a big bathroom. Everything was fine and clean. Check in and check out without any problems or waiting time.

It's a nice and clean place but the receptionist kept me waiting so long to register my entrance.

Terrible my experience in this place, the air conditioner did not work well and towards too hot, to get to the room is a maze and does not have an elevator on all floors, so quw load the suitcase due to the large amount of steps is done quite C Omplicado and exhausting. Additional being a 4 star hotel does not have the services required for that category, I asked for an iron for the clothes as I had an important dinner and do not have in the rooms, nor do you lend one and the service of washing and ironing does not open until 9:0 0 am and closes at 5:00 pm, so not only do I have to go to dinner with wrinkled clothes due to the trip, but tomorrow I will have to travel the same way. They don't give you solutions and are rude to lend you help… My score is 0 to be so expensive…

Its amazing to be in venice and we had the chance to stay in this hotel for 3 nights, overall it was great although our room was too small. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly, the hotel is old but perfectly fine. I took a shot from the outside I would love to share it with you.

Guests of this hotel on 6 January 2018. Very good location The room we were looking for was small but all things taken care of. Certainly a maintenance made cone should have been appreciated. Since the furnishings were conspicuously "ancient"… cmq the staff proved to be kind and courteous. For the price offered we paid it was impossible to imagine the view on the canals. "Council for Management: Imagine a review of who really has an offer as it should and is fel8ce of the amount of money… advertising that would repay that room on the channel twice as much as you would have discounted… at least…

Beautiful hotel and quite modernized. Comfy bed and pillows, friendly staff that tried to help me with my Italian. I didn't spend much time in the hotel at all, but the time I was there I certainly enjoyed.

Hotel ideally located at 2min from Piazza San Marco and 5min from the Rialto Bridge on foot of course!

Rooms are small, but you don't spend a lot of time in them anyway. Great location!

The rooms were quite comfortable but the toilet had no lock. In the morning when we wanted to go for breakfast we would be greeted by a long line and had to wait another half hour until we came to dinner.

Beautiful hotel located 5 minutes from San Marco Square. The Night service, with the servicewoman who comes to prepare you the bed and breakfast service, with friendly and professional hostesses.
Only one snag, no electric kettle and soluble coffee in the room. For those who start early in the morning, you have to wait for breakfast at 7.00.

It's a nice hotel with a great terrace. Some rooms are small, but with a lot of flavor, since it is a palace, which have been expanding, annexing adjoining buildings.
The location is perfect!
I will definitely repeat when I return to Venice.

Always open. Lovely helpful staff. Expensive to drink in there. Breakfast is typical continental with rolls meat and cheese. Scrambled egg that’s very hard but tasty with bacon. Good for all ages.

They gave me their best room as a birthday upgrade and a bottle of spumante, so I may be biased. The room was clean and nice with a a view of a canal and St. Marks. The breakfast was a phenomenal parade of pastries. My calorie limit was exceeded! I definitely would repeat.

We had a lovely stay in Venice for our 10th wedding anniversary. The room was great, bathroom, although no bath, was large, beds comfortable, breakfasts good and staff helpful and it is very central for exploring. We will return! Thank you! :-)

Amazing, unique rooms. Each room has its own character. Very accommodating to our large group. Very tidy rooms and kind staff.

High-end Hotel Service. On the other hand the restaurant La "Terrazza" which is part of it has less pretension.

We had the pleasure of eating lunch at your restaurant on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017. This gem of a restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful location and was one of the best meals we enjoyed in Italy! Giorgio made it an amazing dining experience for us all! We asked a lot of questions and asked for his suggestions and he went above and beyond to help us. His recommendations were all amazing and by the time we got to desert, we just said we would have whatever he recommended because everything he had suggested had been perfect! We hope to come back to Venice, and if we do… we will make sure to come back here. Thank you for such a fun, memorable experience for us all!

Hotel that should have done a renovation long ago, but that in the meantime smells the "wet carpet", decorated in "faux old" 3 stars for the potential and the central location, 1 for the service (absolutely approximate, even ill-amiable for The breakfast team and the management).

Spacious and very elegant rooms, typical Venetian-style furnishings, views of the city's canals. The hotel has a nice and elegant breakfast terrace (very very varied). Every detail expresses its researchability and splendor, from the canopies to the Mori-porta lamps. Very close to Piazza A. Marco.

My wife and I stayed in the building across the canal from the main hotel in a beautiful room. We had a wonderful view of the canal/gondolas and hotel entrance/patio from our room. I can not advise of the hotel amenities as we spent very little time in the hotel property and were sightseeing/dining out most of the time. However, the time we did have dinner in the hotel, both food and service was excellent. Compared to other hotels during our stay, our room was quite large (similar to that of U. S. Sized rooms). I would highly recommend the hotel as it was central to most activities/shopping and would stay there again without hesitation.

90 secs to St Marks Sq, two min to Rialto Bridge, heart of boutique shopping. Variety of choices for dining. Rooms slightly dated, but attentive staff makes up with good service. Free bkfst and good restaurant. I'd choose to stay there again.

Great hotel, would come back. 3 stars because Wi-Fi internet speed is lower that 1 Mbit and only connects from the phone in a very peculiar way, no chance to use from a laptop (won't connect at all) which is very important for me.

Small room no view for $200 last minute. The restaurant is it's best feature. The bigger view rooms are $600. I like the regina. Cray maze of twisted corridors, and no real pretty lobby. I would say eat there and stay near the lagoon maybe at the wildner for $130 or regina for $300, heck just stay and eat at the regina.

Fantastic Hotel — minutes walk from St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. Staff very helpful. Rooms kept reallt clean and comfortably.
