First time in Venice for 4 day break. Hotel in fantastic situation for all touristy visits. Handy for Waterbus too. Get unlimited travel and make the most of this place. Hotel staff very friendly and full of information. Breakfast outstanding.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, great breakfast, located two minutes from St. Mark's Square, prepared and courteous staff. My wife and I found each other divinely.

Great hotel, friendly staff. It is in a nice and central location about 2-3 mins walk from S. Marco square. Beds are comfortable and rooms are cosy. Would definetly recommend.

Fabulous hotel — great location just a short 5 min walk to St Mark's Square in one direction and the Rialto Bridge in the other. Lovely rooms furnished to a good standard, extremely friendly staff! After our flight was delayed significantly meaning instead of arriving in Venice at around 10pm we got there at 3am we phoned ahead and the staff were happy to wait up to let us check in when we arrived. Breakfast is open every day 7.30am to 10.30am with a good continental selection, free Wi-Fi. Surrounded by plenty of lovely restaurants at a good price, nothing really to fault! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel, perfect location for discovering the city the first time. If you want a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere, find something else.

We have stayed here for 2 years in a row. Central location. Great staff! Good breakfast. Bedding does need updating.

Very nice hotel, decorated with style. Very good attention and predisposition of the concierge to our requirements and with our inconvenience of not handling the Italian language well. Excellent breakfast.

Fine for the price, but could be better. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Venice. It's only a 5 minute walk from the Rialto bridge and Saint Marks Square. Our room was clean, bed was firm but comfortable, and everything meet our needs for the three nights in Venice. So, why two stars? The bathroom looked nice but there were no hooks or shelves, and zero counter space; it sort of felt like it was unfinished. The chandelier that hangs over the bed was dusty; it looked awkward to clean. The door didn't keep out noise from the hallway and it felt like people were in our room. The breakfast space is cramped and the food was an average cheaply done continental breakfast with machine coffee.

Great location — less than 5 min to San Marco. Rooms are small but cosy. Wardrobe is tiny, so it may be tricky to arrange your belongings, especially in the cold time of the year. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good Hotel with limitations. A single elevator, which reaches the 3rd floor. If you're in the 4th. You have to go up stairs.

Rooms do the job as you don't spend A lot of time in them, beds are comfortable, bathroom all works well. Our room wasn't that big but was only 2 of us, it was quiet though which was good as the room was warm so we kept the window open. Breakfast is ok, a decent array of pastries and since cereals. Would stay here again as it's reasonably priced and in a good location.

An Excellent location very close to San Marcos Pizza Only a couple of minutes walking. A excellent cleaness and Service, the staff are very helpful and all have a good smile an expression of positive emotions,  especilaly the morning shift lady have a nice Welcome smile. The Breakfast is a very good and healthy. And I hope in future there will be a slids of omelate (OMELETTE) or boiled Egg (uovo sodo). Thanks a lot.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights excellent hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless fresh white towels every day. Great location five minutes from At Marks square and five minutes from Realto Bridge would definitely recommend.

Very well located at 200 meters from the Rialto Bridge, 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, many restaurants, good care and a well-Venetian place.

Excellent location (2 minutes walk from San Marco) & restaurants area. We have arrived in the morning and let us check in earlier and stored our lugguages after check out.

Classic Roman decoration, the room is small but nice for couple. Breakfast also good. Located near to the Venice place of interest such as Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco.

The hotel is very small. But you don't need any more. Large and comfortable bed. Bathroom. The TV could not be changed language. Located in a great place to visit Venice in the middle of St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge. Very good Deyuan. I recommend it.

Very old fashioned. No bath but there is a tiny shower when then bathroom is huge.

The rooms are nice but the bathrooms have some problems with the shower and could be even better if the breakfast room was wider.

Great place to stay in Venice. My family spent 7 nights there. Breakfast was excellent. In Venice it is all about location. One can't find the better location there. Helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again in a second.

Rooms were ok. But I didn't like that all windows were sealed.

We've traveled Italy on 5 trips, stayed in 5 star hotels, B and B's and everything in between. This by far was the worst of all. Tiny rooms, t. V. 's smaller than my monitor, the bathroom was an afterthought. And on top of all this it was expensive! One star is one too many… Ciao.

Very well located near the Rialto Bridge and place saint Marco.
Breakfast simple but hearty, cold cuts, fruits, but especially well attended to not fall out, and cela mm if arrive you late.
The soundproof room despite the fact to be next to the laundry room 18, on the first floor, but so average to take another better qd mm. But in general very quiet hotel.

This hotel was very difficult to find but once I got there it turned out to be a central location very close to all the hot-spots in Venice. The room was a very beautiful accommodation with minibar and beautiful master bath. The view from the room was very authentic and the decor of the hotel as well classic style, sort of like in a palace. The complementary breakfast which was included at hotel was just fine. Actually, there is a Michelin Restaurant next door which was alright. Strictly ok food and ok taste. This hotel is near a theater which I wanted to see a show at but was told it was "extremely touristy"… so maybe next time. I would stay here again and would recommend as well.

"Venetian" style of the rooms and the environment. There are however many parts that need renovation. Recommended however for a couple of nights to go to Venice. Not recommended for longer stays.

We loved this hotel a few hundred metres from St Mark's square.
Good sound insulation and good level of comfort.

Very good hotel. It is old but very comfortable and the location is unbeatable. I recommend it 100%.

We stayed at this hotel the last weekend in October and we were very good: warm and cozy rooms. Our room was on the fourth floor but there is the elevator up to the third, then a small flight of stairs. Bathroom with bathtub, but spacious enough. Carpets and damate walls. Not soundproof… Nice and helpful staff Breakfast varied. Only drawback: If there is high water in Venice in the area of Dell! Hotel do not put the walkways so you have to equip yourself with rubber boots to exit otherwise you expect in the room that the tide comes down (lost morning).

Wonderfull location. Stayed at room 16, first floor. Small room (beautifull decorated), but everything we needed were there, plus a small balcony with a peek to one of the canals. We were greeted with a complimentary small bottle of wine — a perfect start to any vacation. I was really satisfied with the staff. Before arrival I'd mailed them concerning late arrivel etc. And they responded within the hour with all the answers and some good advice. The cleaning of our room was minimal, but the bed was made, the towels were changed and they left our things untouch, which I really appreciate. The breakfast was nothing speciel, but good enough to get a good start to the day. I recommend this hotel — one of the best 3 star hotels I have stayed at.

This 3-star Hotel is very close to Saint Mark's Square and to the Rialto Bridge in the very center of Venice. There's no hotel restaurant but it is possible to find many choices in the surroundings, the location is perfect also for shopping. The service provided is average like many others 3 star hotels but the price seems to be reasonable considering the great position it offers.
