We stayed here a few days, starting August 18. Very nice and welcoming, very nice staff. A stone's throw from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Access to ferries for various trips to the islands or the airport is very close. Retournaments definitely.

Well located but our room very bad. It was created to accommodate more people, on the main floor in front of the breakfast area. Every morning noise annoying, dishes, talk… and if you're already touched by a family of disrespectful breakfast and squealing as if they were alone as we are, forget about sleeping until the time you thought. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Great communication by the management. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Extremely difficult to find, only one accessible power socket in our room, breakfast was in s small room doubling as an office and there were not enough seating and tables for the guests. The staff were very offish and the coffee looked like it was from a filter coffee maker, but in reality it was out of a tin and poured into the coffee jug. By far the worst coffee in Venice. The shower door was off its runner the whole time we were there and the aircon either didn't work or we could figure it out. So we had to put up with 26.5c the whole stay. There is no lift to the upper floors and you struggle to get your luggage up or down as there are no staff to help you. This place is not cheap either but it is about 4 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and water bus stops. Would l stay there again — NOT EVEN IF I WAS DESPERATE.

Excellent location, very close to Piazza San Marco. Comfortable and very well arranged.

We made reservation and warned we would arrive a bit late "late check in" because the bus only arrived at 10pm. We got there and no one answered, calling the emergency number, answered a lady who did not want to know anything.
We had to spend the night out, nor deign to ask if we were okay, or give back value or some compensation!
A shame, if there is a short circuit, fire, or accident the guests are alone and on their own, because the owners from 8pm just leave!

The photos do not match the reality, the owner at breakfast gets his cabbages sitting behind the guests. No breakfast.

Fantastic apartment! The only ones in it, the water pressure… and the TV that's practically not there.

Good location, good service. We were allowed to check in before D ELA hour without extra charges.

Nice little hotel however it looks more like a guest house. What saved the stay was claudia, she is amazing, in every aspect. Shame about the owner who seemed rather unhelpful. She was busy with her business while we were having breakfast… quite loud as well. If claudia was the owner we would have certainly returned…

Clean, and good location. But absolutely no service or warmth. The woman who served breakfast was lovely & smiled but the rest of the staff did absolutely nothing to show warmth or hospitality. Even when we checked out, there was no mention of did we have transportation to our next destination or how did we enjoy our stay. For such a small establishment it was thoroughly disappointing. I always try to stay at small boutique hotels to get a little feeling of warmth and local flavor. But at this place — absolutely nothing. Very disappointed.

Very small breakfast area (8 seats). The hotel has been built in existing houses, therefore very winding and somewhat tight.

Simple hotel in a central location between San Marco Platz and Rialto Bridge. Is located in a quiet cul-de-sac away.

A hotel full of charm in the city centre, extremely well placed in relation to st Mark's square. Note, however, a rather "light" breakfast…

Thank you for looking after us so well for our 4 night stay. Lovely staff, good food and room. We really enjoyed ourselves on our first visit to Venice. Gracie, Gracie, siete stati tutti meravigliosi.

A hidden gem. Room was dark at night, air conditioning, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied with good coffee. Highly recommend. Good location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at this cozy yet elegant spot. Breakfast was delicious, our room beautiful… and all the staff helpful and friendly! Thank you for making our stay in Venice truly wonderful!

Paper is patient. The photos are not the reality, there is even no so-called lounge, he redesigned
a breakfast room with small very small tables and you must take care that the breakfast from the table falls.
Particularly unpleasant however was the charm of the owner.
Absolutely rude, every morning you had to greet them and not vice versa. What was that again? Is the guest King?
To call this accommodation Inn is incredible. There is either something or a glass of wine to eat dinner at the advertised bar. Absolute silence on the counter, no man who had sold us a drink or a glass of wine.

Nice cozy hotel really close to Saint Mark Square in Venice. Rooms are with private bathroom and breakfast is tasty! I really recommend it.
