Wonderful stay at Locanda Casa Petrarca, Valentina its director advised us and looked as if we were in caaa.
Unbeatable location!

A beautiful place, well placed, close to everything, and a friendly and welcoming team. We stayed there for 15 days and we were able to greatly appreciate all the qualities of this locanda.

Hospitality was really good but room and breakfast area was bit small though… but surely recommend it.

This was a great place to stay in Venice! Location was awesome, near Rialto and San Marco's piazza. Valentina was a great host and very helpful. It is a super cute hotel, very clean, and breakfast is included. I recommend it for a nice, affordable stay in Venice.

I'm giving a 5 rating due to the awesome location, yummy breakfast, cleanliness, and super helpful owner. The room itself was small but thankfully well air conditioned. It's situated on a quiet alley and waterway but seconds away from the city's lively life. I'd definitely choose it again.

Hotel with a great location just 2 steps from Piazza San Marco and Rialto. Breakfast extra and staff without "fuss" very nice. We recommend this hotel without worries with a premium value for money which can leave only a good image of the Venetian hotel!

Fabulous visit. Valentina delightful and v helpful. Casa Petrarca very small hotel centrally situated but not on the main thoroughfare. Very comfortable room with a lovely canal view. We're definitely coming back.

The best place in Venice where you can stay. Valentina is a love and is very attentive, this pending all the details to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely go back to CASA PETRARCA.

An excellent place to spend a few cozy days in Venice. The wonderful stay, the amazing workers, and the quietest stay impossible. Spacious rooms and more than enough. Pretty good location, about 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square walking.

The owner is super Friendly and helpful and the location is awesome. Less than 5 minutes to Rialto Bridge and San Marco. Got nothing to complain about.

Very small room (bed filled the room, tiny wardrobe and shower completed it) smack in the middle of Venice. Good price / quality wise but don't expect too much.

Good location, surrounded by shops but a short walk to the main Venice attractions. Staff extremely friendly and the whole place was immaculate. The downsides were the room and bathroom sizes, and the beds. We had room number 2 which smelt faintly like old cigarettes. The room and bathroom were both tiny… Barely anywhere to put our things and, as tall slender people, we were constantly banging our elbows in the shower. The bed was rock hard. I like a firm bed, but I woke up with pins and needles in my thighs and back ache. The 'safe' was not screwed in and could've been easily picked up. The room was noisy, but to be expected in the bustling centre of Venice. If it wasn't for the uncomfortable beds, tiny shower and the fact we paid over £120 per night I would've given it a higher rating.

While small, it was a cute B&B and Valentina was so nice and friendly. She gave great recommendations about where to go and what to do. They were a home run every time. The breakfast was also small but still yummy and fresh.

Perfect stay! We arrived late but everything was arranged in advance so we could get the keys and access our room. The location is top and the breakfast well prepared:) immaculate cleanliness and warm welcome.

First time in Venice. This little place hidden in the maze of Venice is amazing. Breakfast was good and rooms very clean. We were in the superior room and it is worth the extra.

Great value with great location.

Room is no doubt quite expensive, my single room was very small, but enough to live alone. Location very good, location in the city centre. Although this is not the hotel's fault, but you can still hear the noise and the sound of banging the door. My first morning at the hotel offers breakfast selection is more limited, there is no refill, but the taste was good. In this place, Venice, although it is expensive, but £ 125 a night does not come cheap. Wireless networking is the slowest in 5 weeks where I lived, was very disappointing.

Stayed here 3 nights. Great location, air conditioned, Wi-Fi. Highly recommend paying extra for room 7. It is large, has its own bathroom, and is right on a canal. The best part of the hotel is Valentina, the owner. She took great care of us and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and tours. We wanted a new wedding band and she sent us to an old friend of hers who is a jeweler on the Rialto bridge. She also set us up on a boat tour of the outer islands to see glass and lace craftsmen.

Best value and comfort for the money. Nothing was cheaper. Spend the extra 30euros to upgrade to room 7 for view of the canal! The room is also spacious, and has a fridge and mini kitchen.
