Comfortable, clean rooms. Fantastic staff. Delicious breakfast. Great location!

A beautiful 17 century palace, a real venetian experience.

Very cute hotel with great staff and service. — Nice clean rooms with big bathrooms — Amenities such as slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes which I was not expecting — Breaksfast appears small but has boiled eggs, freshly made pastries, cereals, bread, fresh fruit and juices. A custom beverage such as cappuccino, espresso, etc is included at no extra charge — While the location is central, the rooms were very quiet — Staff was very friendly and welcoming with a cheerful disposition — Good dining options nearby, though that is probably true for most of Venice — Wi-Fi actually worked! — A/C actually worked! It was really hot and humid outside when we visited.

We stay for 5 days and enjoyed it very much. Very nice staff, good breakfast with super cappuccino, good bed and very good advice at te front desk. Next time we visit Venice, we will come back here. Thank you for a wonderfull stay.

I had to change my booking due to workrelated issues and instead of midnight I cancelled at 8 o’clock in the morning, two weeks before arrival. They are very hard and with no mercy; I have to pay 180 euro, can’t change the dates. For sure they will resell the room to somebody; they just want to take the extra money.

Very good hotel and not espensive friendly staff and helpfull the only dissapointmant I have there I have a small accident I broke a small piece of Chandelier and the manager told me to pay 80 euros.

A full three star. Eighteenth-century atmosphere, without too much glitz. Excellent location because central but in a small side street and you sleep without chaos. Really great family room, as well as the bathroom. Breakfast with little choice but good standard.

Small hotel, near Rialto and St. Mark's square. Clean, nice breakfast and spotless staff. And some speak French. If we return to Venice we will return.

With a friend I stayed here only one night, but I have to say that the reception of the staff was exquisite, the price with breakfast, located in an area close to the center and convenient to the station. Certainly do not expect a big room, the rest of the name…

I spent a weekend by Fri. On Sundays with my family 2 adults and 3 children.
We were greeted by the proprietor who not only gave us a map and explained everything, he responded sympathetically to all questions addressed by the children and showed a professionalism along with a disarming kindness and courtesy.
Our room the Doge was big, well clean and beautiful… in true Venetian style.
Breakfast good and varied, the room where we had breakfast near the room is beautiful, it seems to have breakfast in a house of the high aristocracy dell800.
We had a great time.
The enthusiastic kids… for sure if they remember… they lived a good experience.
It is in a very central and quiet area.
The staff always present H24 and very kind and patient.
They granted walking all our needs with courtesy and helpfulness.
For us the hotel Mignon has become a reference point.
For sure when we return to Venice, we will stay there.
I can do nothing but speak well for my experience.

Apart from the room (i had a 1twin bed room) being a little cramped and the Wi-Fi not working as expected on the 2nd floor, it was an overall very pleasant experience.

Very nice hotel, well located, close to sites of interest, very good breakfast.

We were in a top floor room at first sight we thought it was really small but this was deceptive. We had access to a reasonable size terrace and the bathroom was a good size and well equipped.

Small hotel centrally located at 15 minutes walk from the station.
The staff are delightful and very helpful in giving directions.
The rooms are very clean and breakfast there is a wide choice of both sweet and savory.
I would stay here again and recommend it.

Excellent location, close to restaurants and shops, walking distance to the main places of interest. Very great location for sure, comfortable and quiet rooms. The family rooms are spacious. Breakfast is served in the garden, very cute. Definitely great value for money. Very friendly staff!

Trainstation was 18 mins away. The staff was soo friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was super nice and had many varieties. I was really happy to stay there and I will definitely stay there again! We had to wait for our train's arrival and the hotel staff was very welcoming and let us wait at the lobby till the train. That is a super big plus for me. I repeat I will definitely stay there again!

It is a small hotel but everything you need to make a meal of your stay, the breakfast is continental, very varied and tasty. The bathrooms of the rooms clean, the care is excellent. Would repeat.

A lovely small hotel in an excellent location for visiting Venice. Clean, quiet and friendly and prepared that I knew how to indicate artistic itineraries and culinary useful really.

Great hotel at a good price (make a discount if you order from the site). Positives: just 40 minutes from the station. Strategic location not far from the Centre. It is a two star hotel but offers three services: air conditioning, tv, minibar. Downsides: they charged me the whole amount of the booking without calling me first (on the site there is no information regarding the anticipated charge). 8/18/2011: this year we came across a room with a bath. The ceiling was falling apart. The shower curtain was dirty. No curtain at the window. We had to keep the shutters lowered all the time x save the show to those in front.

The positives: Staff was nice, breakfast was quality, location is good. Negatives: This is just too old of a hotel. Our glass sink stand collapsed on us, TV did not function, AC did not function so the room was very very uncomfortable because of the heat. Told not to open windows by staff. Sadly would not stay again.
