Convenient location, friendly staff as for 2 stars that great hotel, clean cozy. Poor soundproofing can hear everything that happens and caridore.

Clean, cozy, good location. There is zero insulation between the exit doors, you can hear conversations from the closed room opposite.

Three-storey villa with very quiet terrace convenient from the station and strategically placed to visit Venice.
Even wanting to take a few steps, just under the hotel, you will find everything. From the supermarket to the restaurant.
Clean and basic rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.
A hearty breakfast served on the terrace or in the room.
Very high value for money.
The only flaw, walls a little too thin.

Friendly room clean but need maintenance (smell of mildew)

Very nice staff we are behind the casino room clean and like a small bathroom photo but we are in a building of 1800… We had a great time we were pampered with a wonderful breakfast… To recommend.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing too. Everything was comfortable and nice. The rugs were a little dirty, ruined the feel of the whole place. Location can be tricky to find, make sure Google maps is running smoothly and when you find the small tunnel on the small street, it is in there.

Stayed here for 5 nights, central to Venice, near the vaperretto owners were so helpful.

Excellent location in the heart of Venice You couldn't ask for more. The room is a bit basic, cleanliness lacking. Recommended if you are looking for a facility in the center at competitive price.

The receptionist was friendly and helped us plan our trip on the first day. The hotel is small but has basically all the amenities. It got noisy one night but otherwise it was a nice stay.

The deal was unbeatable, they solved all the inconvenience that arose and they were attentive to everything we needed until the last day. Highly recommended.

The bathroom is a bit small but new modernised and all available it takes. Everything very clean. The air conditioning is very useful especially in August. Beds are rather hard. Free Wi-Fi also works well.
