Basilicata Hotels with a Parking

My wife and I are driving around Italy for a month and we wanted a couple of days of pampering and golf, we got it! The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Borgo san Gaetano is an old olive making building that has been lovingly converted into a wonderful bed and breakfast. Our room was tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay.

We found Borgo San Gaetano by accident whilst looking for somewhere to have an a aperitivo before dinner in Bernalda.

Wonderful find for a 3 star hotel — stayed for 4 nights.

Everything in the hotel was excellent, starting from the sparkling clean rooms, and going through the beautiful gardens, the delicious food and the friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed at the hotel as a family with 13 people. The hotel is a family run business and they were very welcoming and generous. There was someone available at all time on the desk.

We spent three nights at this lovely, family-owned hotel. The owner and his staff are very kind and pleasant. We were immediately stuck by the cleanliness of our room.

A beautifully restored noble house at the top of Matera. The walk to the breakfast room is worth the price of the room by itself! It goes through the main rooms of the old mansion.

Room in historical castle. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Nice personal. Good parking. Tasty breakfast. Rooftop with nice view.

Location is obviously excellent. Right in the Sassi Caveoso part of Matera, close to the canyon.

Excellent customer service, starting with all helpful infos before and after check in, finished with romantic breakfast in the morning. Fell in love with the place and the city.

I had no expectations due to previous experiences where photos do not match the actual settings. However, the hotel changed my perspective completely.

We just arrived from a lovely stay at the Hotel Belvedere. Their cave rooms are planned to perfection. They can fit so many things in it without us feeling claustrophobic.

A warm welcome from the host. Very helpful, gave us a map of Matera and marked on it points of interest, restaurants and car parks.
Good size room and bathroom. Aircon and Wi-Fi worked well.

What a wonderful town and fantastic place to stay. Serena was so communicative on where to park our car, how to catch the bus to the old town and directions to the accommodation.
