Excellent modern and stylish room located only 5 minutes walk from the old town. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Pasquale gave us some great advice for exploring the old town and the Madam Giulia restaurant he recommended was great. He also made sure we'd parked in a place where we wouldn't receive a fine that was a great help. It was only a 2 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is in an exceptional location very close to the centre of Matera but without entering the historic centre by car. Our hosts provided us with very useful videos on how to park in the right place without requiring fees and also on how to get into the rooms. Everything with parking and check-in went smoothly and without any problems. The rooms and bathrooms are a very good size, with extremely high ceilings which make it very spacious. All clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, it was quiet. We had a very good breakfast in the breakfast room of the accommodation, everything you need for a good start to the day and very good coffee.
