Very clean place, decorated with taste;
The host had prepared enough to eat and drink for breakfast and stock the food in the fridg and caupboard;
Daniele helped to find a parking place and very responsible to all our inquiries.
Located near the center, very convenient.
Strongly recommend the place.
Writing a new review as owner responded to original with "This is a fake review, this person never stayed at my accomodation". I find that very insulting as I did indeed stay here in September 2024 for 3 nights.
Anyways, here are my thoughts on 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt called "Casa Vacanze — In Bocca Ai Sassi"…
Positives: Excellent location. Kind and polite host. Strong air-conditioning in each bedroom — though thermostat doesn't work very well. Modern apt at ground level.
Negatives: Parking virtually impossible to find nearby any time of day or night. Often had to park over 10 minute walk away. Kitchen is very dark as it has no windows. A number of plates and cups were dirty. No microwave.

Our stay was good, the place is clear and next to the old town. The room is very comfy and equipted with a little kitchen box (shared with the other room), the bathroom is very good, the bed is fine. Lucia is very friendly and she welcomed us warm with compliments (water, latte, coffee and sweets). The place is quiet and perfect for a couple! We love it and totally recommend! Thanks a lot Lucia for everything! We will come back for sure❤️
