We checked in at 00:20 on 16th of March. The floor of the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty too. The air conditioner didn`t work. WE WARE FREEZING during the whole night and didn`t compain to the host considering the late hour. In the morning we left 5 EUR tourist tax on the table (we supposed to pay 4 EUR) and we left the room before 8 AM.
Around 10:30 AM, the host disturbed me, blaming us the curtains and the AC have been broken by us and the tourist tax is not paid.
According to our reservations experience (more then 30 booking per year) THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER/ WORST HOST EVER!
In order to prevent other travelers like us WE HAVE CONTACTED The European Travel Commision, The Italian Government For Tourism, The Monicipality Of Matera. The Booking. Com Team was also informed in order to remove this place as soon as possible!
