We had a lovely stay the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location close to lots of pubs and restaurants. The decor is exquisite! Breakfast was delicious.

I’m from the UK and was visiting the area on business and stayed 2 nights in February.
I stayed in Room 2 and it was fantastic.

Fabulous staff, Brenda is an absolute gentleman. Great room, has a good bar and a fantastic coffee shop. 😊

Very cosy and nice hotel.
It was very warm in the hotel room even with the central heating off.

I just want to say the food was amazing, the atmosphere is just so festive and magical, The service is just excellent and the staff constantly checked on us. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!

Was in Carlow for a car service & looking for a cafe for a fry-up & The Clink was recommended by a local. Think this is a hotel but was able to walk in & order.

Having grown up in the area I was keen to see what it was like now. A friend recommended the 12th Lock. TBH I thought it a bit pricey for what we had but it was well presented and staff were pleasant.

Very friendly welcome and strong Covid compliance. Lovely place to call into for a couple of pints when walking the Royal Canal Way. Didn't try the food but menu looked enticing.
