We had a lovely stay the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location close to lots of pubs and restaurants. The decor is exquisite! Breakfast was delicious.

I’m from the UK and was visiting the area on business and stayed 2 nights in February.
I stayed in Room 2 and it was fantastic.

Location great if you need to be near the hospital. Bus station is a couple of minutes away and it take ab 5min to get to the center of the town. Staff has been fantastic, very kind and helpful.

Spent a great three nights here over the Easter holidays. Very spacious clean and tidy rooms and hotel is lovely & warm. Hotel is close to the city and has free parking for guests.

Absolutely love this place! Me and my partner go here so often and the staff are amazing! There’s one girl with black hair and she’s the most amazing and nicest waitress ever!

Booked to have dinner with my daughter and we both had the lamb, beautifully cooked with veg and mash, very tasty and enjoyable, staff were brilliant attentive and so welcoming, will definitely not

Having grown up in the area I was keen to see what it was like now. A friend recommended the 12th Lock. TBH I thought it a bit pricey for what we had but it was well presented and staff were pleasant.

Very friendly welcome and strong Covid compliance. Lovely place to call into for a couple of pints when walking the Royal Canal Way. Didn't try the food but menu looked enticing.
