For anybody who booked this hotel via bookings. Com you need to check your booking as all have been cancelled with out explanation! When I called the hotel the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.

Just back from a 2 night stay at the hotel with my husband and son. This hotel is in a great location with easy access to the town centre. The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and had clean towels and fresh tea/coffee etc left out. The pool and leisure facilities were very good and again the staff/life guard were very friendly. The choice of hot food and cereals etc at breakfast was good. The food in Paddocks bar was excellent and very good value for money. Would highly recommend and would go stay again.
