Truly fantastic experience! My family and I stayed 5 nights at the mb resort (we were supposed to stay 4 but we decided to stay an extra day) and we had a great time.

Everything, I repeat, everything (resort, team, food, organisation, cleanliness) is fabulous. The island itself is a true paradise: peace, relaxation, exceptional sea.

This is by far one of the best places to stay in all of Indonesia. The host family and their staff are amazing people, always ready to do their best for the guests.

Really nice hosts! We lived with them for 2 days, going to the market, cooking and enjoying diner together.

Very pleasant experience. Nino and his mom made us feel very welcome, answered all our questions and treated us with some delicious food. Would totally recommend!

Canyon Jungle Stay is the perfect spot to kick back and take in some amazing views of the jungle. The cozy rooms come with a chill balcony where you can just relax and enjoy nature.

I've no regret staying here even though got issues with the water heater. But their staffs was very helpful and really kind. We Came here with 2 toddlers, and a baby. Surrounding was really clean.

Amazing place! Massive room, fully air-conditioned, very comfortable big bed, nice clean bathroom with shower. The real gem is terrace/balcony overlooking the river and the jungle.

The Homestay of Dedit and his wife had everything we needed. The service was great and the owners are very kind and caring during our stay.

We stayed for 10 days at the jamburae lodge over christmas and new years. The rooms are clean and the food is absolutely amazing.

Go here to disconnect from the world and enjoy nature! The views! We had comfortable accommodations in a beautiful setting here. Philippe and his wife Riza are fantastic hosts — and cooks.

We stayed 3 nights at the Coco jungle homestay. The owner, Phillipe suggested it to us because we'll feel more comfortable. We did feel 100%

Fabolous Stay in this Sweet City Villa. It has everything that we need. All complete. Bargaining and Reasonable price too. My Kids love the swimming pool. We rented a car from Padang to Pekanbaru.

Very clean house, double story house with two bedrooms. Enough for 6 adults. My wife is very happy cooking in the villa. It has fridge, spoon utensils, and rice cooker.

An absolute gem of a place with some wonderful people and delicious food.

Orchid bungalows.

We booked a 2 day trek with Johny in the jungle to hopefully see the orangutans. Johny was the most accommodating and friendly person we have stayed with on our entire 2 month trip in Indonesia.

I did my 3 days trecking with Jonny and his nice staff Lana! They are safe and respectful, they follow the rules and make you laugh. If you want to do the trecking, definitely go with them.

Lovely traditional home stay with friendly hosts and delicious Padang meals.

The best homestay ever with tradisional vibes and great hospitality of the owner make me want to come here again.

Had a very nice stay at Jelita Beach. Location is right on the beach. The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. Thank you Pak David & team for the nice stay.

The host is a very nice person, polite, available for everything and a really good surfer and teacher, we had the best surf session ever in an amazing place.

We didn’t sleep here but we went out surfing with Fian for two days straight. It was just perfect, Fian took us to an amazing spot, perfect for beginners/intermediate and enjoyed it so much!

The host family and the staff is amazingly friendly and hospitable, many evenings we played cardgames. The food is incredible good and varied.

We had a great time at obiwans place. The hotel room was very clean and we had a perfect view on the Bukit Lawang river. We also did a 2 day, 1 night jungle trekking with indra valley Inn.

Wonderful place to stay. Organic food, amazing owners, cozy atmosphere, view on the river and bridges, organic food and best avocado chocolate smoothie ever.

I love Atik who runs this place with her Ibu and sister, girls power makes great place to stay.
