The reception staff are exceptionally kind, especially the two ladies at the front desk who were very helpful and showed great hospitality.

What a worthy place! The location is near from halte for transjakarta, easy to move around. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms is clean ans tidy.

Service in restaurant and housekeeping are very good. Location very ideal to move around Ancol. Swimming pool is clean but not attended by staff. Only 1 pool was operating.

The building was spacious, we booked the junior suite with 4 beds (1 double, 2 single bed). It has kitchen, bathroom, living room, and right outside the backdoor is the lake.

Quite comfortable place to stay, quiet environment and location in the city center.

Big and clean room with affordable price in Pakubuwono area. It has swimming pool, gazebo, dining room, free water. You can use microwave in the dining area, read some japanese book and manga.

Clean room and polite staff. I liked the Japanese concept of the room and minimal decoration.

Based on previous reviews, I was already expecting the room to be small but I didn't expect the bathroom to be even smaller!

Had an awesome stay here. Room were super clean, staff are very friendly, the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing.

Been here twice and it's both great. Now they consider to love the nature by not using disposable sandal & laundry bag. They use reusable laundry back and sandal.

The staff at this hotel are great — excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a good spread with many Indonesian dishes. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to the Plaza Indonesia shopping mall.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room comfortably cool, and the hot water was consistent and reliable.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out.

What I like most about this place is surrounding by food providers. So you don't need a taxi to find foods. Just walk around and there are a lot of food provider.

I had a fantastic stay at Mansion28. The apartments are spacious and elegantly furnished, offering a perfect blend of home comfort and hotel luxury.

Mansion28 is not like any other place. Many expats live here for longer duration and it makes this property is very homey, quite and peaceful.

Actually its mixed dormitory in one big room. But, they have separated bathroom for men and women. I got 2 nights stay for only IDR240, 000 so I don’t expect anything.

The hotel provides excellent service and the reception staff have very good communication skills. From the moment guests arrive, they are welcomed in a friendly and professional manner.

The room was clean and quiet, with fresh bed sheets and a shower that had strong water pressure and a reliable heater.

This is one of the bestest cheap accommodation I have ever-been!
