This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are eager to help. The rooms are huge. Bed was very comfortable.

We had our wedding here & had a really great experience! The staff are very helpful & active. Had all the best food menu selection. Didn't disappoint at all.

I truly love staying at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding.

Arriving late after a brutal cross-country flight, the check-in process at Hotel Name was surprisingly smooth and genuinely welcoming a huge relief.

It was such a lovely hotel. It definitely have excellent location. And the size of the room is mostly bigger than most of the hotel in Jakarta. We consider it our second home in Jakarta.

Check in was very good and Krishna the staff member very helpful.
The rooms are clean but really need a big upgrade.
Carpets are dirty and really needs an uplift.

The atmosphere and the vibe makes a very good impression. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Miss Mega has been very helpful to assist us during our stay.

Overall experience was awesome. Get free room upgrade because of membership and dedicated room floor.

I mostly like this hotel because it is located above mall, so you can buy food or any other in ease. Another thing I like is because it is located near the Gelora Bung Karno sporting complex.

I booked junior suites with 2 rooms 1 bath. Living and dining and pantry. 3 lcd tv. Spacious. The staff are friendly. Near Lotus Matte. I love the breakfast buffet. Variety of food.

The best place for Tennis tournament in jakarta, hopefully u build more indoor court 🙏🙏😁😁… near to MRT station and love to come here again.
