Nice place and have friendly staff and Good security…

My husband and I are having the international arrival 7 days quarantine at Fairmont. They upgraded us to Deluxe room which is very spacious (69m2), good view and its bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower place. Meals are ordered from in-room dining menu (extensive menu) with lots of variety to choose from. Staffs are very friendly and attentive.

Excellent chefs with an incredible international menu. The fully stocked sky suites are very comfortable with beautiful city views and a separate elevator for access.

Spending breakfasting with family and friends with very delicious food with nice ambiance. Staff were helpful and warm.

I spent 5 days at the hotel for quarantine. The service was outstanding and the welcome pack included everything to prepare you for the 5 day stay. The variety of menu selection was a plus as compare to many other quarantine hotels where the food selection was limited. The service was excellent and the staff was incredibly attentive to my needs. Fairmont exceeded my expectations for my quarantine period! Will definitely revisit this outstanding hotel!

Service is awesome and one of the best I have experienced.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I have 2 children and the staff interacted with them in a very positive and warm manner.
The entire layout of the hotel from the below-ground tunnels that connect to the mall to the top of the hotel at the 32nd floor was clean and very well kept. The structure of the hotel inside and out is professionally done with such detail.
As you walk into the main lobby, you are met with the friendliest staff and are welcomed into an enormous open area with numerous sitting areas for private meetings.
There are art pieces located all around inside the hotel to view and be inspired from.
I was fortunate to have the book with the Gold package and was checked into the hotel privately on the 21st floor.
The pool is very large and is accompanied by a smaller and shallower pool for children. There is also a covered pavilion with 3 tables with seating. The jacuzzi sits privately, but not hidden on the east corner of the pool area.
There are countless more amenities to mention, but I will try to keep this recommendation short. Overall our stay was extremely pleasant and I would recommend this hotel as a must if you plan on staying in Jakarta.
I have stayed in a very popular hotel in Singapore, and this hotel tops the one in Singapore in terms of overall service.

Love the staff, they were very keen and friendly. They always try to give spectacular service to all the guests. However busy, they give you their best. As for the building, it is newly built. Hence it is comfy and clean on every edge.

A luxurious hotel located in the heart of the city. I’ve been there a couple times and never get bored of it since they have a lot of things to offer. The pool is rather small but pleasing. A nice gym to keep you in shape during your trip. It’s very close to Plaza Senayan shopping mall. And the food’s AMAZING!

Nice hotel. Very luxurious. Often hold a lot of events. Last time, went for a Canada Day event. The outdoor patio area was relaxing.

Love the hotel. Its simplistic and voluminous design is refreshing. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The spa and pool facilities are outstanding. Steam room, Dry Sauna, Shower, Jacuzzi are all wonderful. The service is excellent. Room service was efficient. The breakfast buffet had wonderful selections. The Sunday brunch is stuffed with seafood. The waiters are all wonderful. We celebrated my children’s birthday there and they enjoyed every bit of the hotel. This must be one of the best hotel in Jakarta that I have ever experienced.

The rooms are very nice and well cleaned. The gym and pool are excellent amenities. I've only had breakfast at the hotel, but the food is good quality and well prepared. The gentleman who works in the gymnasium Dede is excellent!

I was really impressed that this hotel is located within a nice mall. It made shopping easy, but I wish there were more places nearby to buy beer. When you are in the hotel you don't hear the noise of the mall, and there are so many ammenities to enjoy. If you're looking for an affordable and lively place to stay, I think this will fit your needs.

An excellent hotel. My sister had her wedding reception here and they let her use her own wedding planner and she was able to book it only 3-4 months ahead of time. She tried Hotel Mulya first but they want her to use all their people including wedding planner. Family and friends stayed at this hotel at discounted rate. The hotel is clean and smells good, quiet at night, my kids enjoyed the pool, the shower head is luxurious and the toilets are so fancy. The Royal Service was so prompt for each of our requests, and the breakfast have great selections. We would definitely stay here again. The view in 22nd floor is a must to see!

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at. Staff we were in contact with were first class, helpful, polite, and able to help us with what we required. The business centre staff were exceptional, our needs were met in every situation. We were in Gold level and had access to the lounge dining area, a beautiful area that included quiet areas to discuss business matters, my only question related to this area is why there is no morning tea or lunch available? This after all is a business hotel. We would say also that access to other facilities was some of the best we have experienced.

New hotel in town in the very heart of the Jakarta. The loby is amazing, big hotels with fancy design. Friendly staffs, great decoration. One of the best hotel I have ever visited. The room is nice but rather small for such a big hotel. Great views though. Various restaurants are also available, and great location, just next to the Plaza Senayan. There is also an underground tunnel to go to the mall. Just in front of the hotel, a great golf course is also available by walking distance. Overall, its a 5 stars hotel.

Hotel bintang 5 ini keren banget. Berkesempatan mengunjungi pesta pernikahan di ballroomnya. Makanan yang disajikan enak-enak. Suasana di dalam gedung juga nyaman dengan dekorasi yang elegant. Lobby nya luas. Lokasinya di pusat kota Jakarta Pusat.

Location is excellent although hotel is rather quiet. Known to be expensive (drinks are double here compared to nice bars at connecting malls). Room quality is really high, as well as the food. Hotel is connected to one of best malls in country, but thru a long underground walkway (well lit, well kept and well guarded). Has an outdoor bar on 22nd floor, a dark very masculine bar at the lobby. Has an excellent Chinese restaurant. Small swimming pool.

One of the nicest hotels in the world. This is a beautiful property only three years old. The rooms are large and huge bathrooms, done in marble, have both a tub and shower. The service is outstanding with an engaging team who try to please. The hotel executive management make themselves seen and accessible daily. I love the fully equipped gym, the amazing spa with steam, sauna and spa pool free to use and a lovely outdoor pool and walking track. The breakfast is amazing and a highlight with a wide choice of healthy options. The city view from the top is stunning.

Service was great. Staff greet you by your name. Breakfast was wonderful. They had an infinity buffet line. Premium items were also served at breakfast and the restaurant, Spectrum, had mobile live stations!

Bedroom is spacious which is a must for this kind of hotel, beds are comfortable. What I love abt this place is that this place is quiet and I wouldn’t mind for more live music performance. I love the dinner buffet, the selections not too many but they have almost all category but even though I couldn’t taste it all.

Great hotel and great ambience. The service was very eficient and quick. Once I have event in this place, the concierge help me a lot with the transportation. The banquet team also great. But the The lobby seem so big. Too big that make it feel so empty.

I'd love to stay here again one day. Fantastic service. It's also connected to a pretty good shopping centre for easy access. I especially enjoyed the restaurant where they served highly varied menu that not only looked good but actually tasted divine. I'm not saying that I didn't love the room. It's got a nice view of the rare greeneries in Jakarta, elegantly furnished, complete with any paraphernalia one might ever need in a hotel room. I can't find anything to criticise, though I've been looking for it pretty hard. To conclude it: the experience was worth every penny.

The Fairmont is absolutely gorgeous, clean and the amenities and food are superior. I couldn’t have asked for a more gracious and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone. An added bonus, the staff’s English is far better than I expected which made me feel much more comfortable about visiting Indonesia for the first time.

Wonderful hotel with perfect service. Love the restaurant also, they have awesome grill selection. I don't really like their aisle so full of objects like a museum, but everything else is fine.

Thanks to Citi Prestige for inviting me to Royal Sunday Brunch at Spectrum on event called 'When Jakarta meets London'. Friendly service, great atmosphere. Unforgettable beef steak with mustard sauce and the spice drink (I wish I know the name, xamn it) makes me want to come back.

The Hotel : Superb The Restaurant : Spectrum. It's considered as the most luxurious buffet restaurant in Jakarta nowadays. Pricey? well… maybe. But think of the experience. Worth it!

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Went to the Peacock Lounge for high tea. Enjoyed the jewelry box package which included scones, sandwiches, pastries and cookies. The tea selection was extensive. I highly recommend this place because of the classy decor and ambiance.

Not a cheap hotel but always impressed by the service and quality of stay here. Highly recommended. Connects to the office towers nearby via an underground tunnel.

Modern yet classic, high quality luxury hotel in Sentral Senayan area. Very convenient if your offices are in Sentral Senyan towers given a tunnel walkway that connects the hotel to the buildings. Breakfast at the Spectrum restaurant was top notch. Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with large bathrooms, heated toilet seats and more. Ample working space and desk positioned, ironing board, and all possible amenities are provided. May be a bit pricey for Jakarta standards, but the luxury is well worth the price.

Luxurious, spacious, Japanese high standards hotel.

Its exterior explains very well for its unwelcoming interior and one of its restaurant does not suits my personal taste.

Feature and aesthetic wise this place is fantastic! Heated toilet seats with air blowers, well designed and functional room, big bathrooms (ones I stayed had a bath tub, flexible shower head and a ceiling shower head) and the hotel is connected to a mall (plaza Senayan) via underground tunnel.

This brand new hotel is amazing for its service and location.
The fitness is really nice, the pool is huge and the jacuzzi is convenient to use at night!
There are ten restaurants in the hotel from the Italian deli to the high end Japanese! The breakfast is really big and the variety of choices is massive.
The room are clearly amazing, spacious and the products given in the bathroom are from "Le Labo" which is an high end brand!
Paris6eme would highly recommend to stay at the Fairmont!
