Requested upon reservation to have strictly non smoking room and they prepared the room clean and odorless. The room had ozone treatment and changed curtain with fresh ones.

The only classy hotel I could find in this vicinity. The service was great, the ambience and rooms were quite classy.

My experience at the hotel was exceptional, highlighted by the high standard of services and facilities, including the delicious food, swimming pool, and gym.

Great stay here. Room was clean. It came with a water dispenser which was really handy. Big fridge, microwave and plates, cutlery etc.

Clean place, loved that it’s a serviced apartment so we get privacy, security, room service but also our own space when travelling in a group.

Have stayed here multiple times for short and long stays since 2018, most recently last month. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous — special mention to Ferdy, Francesa, Sofwan and Eric.

If you looking for a place near Puri Indah Mall, Lippo Mall Puri this place is a great choice. Near a lot of food stall, especially Bakso Ulung and also near supermarket and traditional market.

A comfortable and affordable stay. The staff were nice, the room was clean, the hot water was consistent and the Wi-Fi was fast.

It's quite clean, love the tiny kitchen. But overall, Mas Bima assistances was the BEST among all! He was very helpful, quick response. Thankyou so much mas Bima and morich suites.

I would say for the room is nice. I only had issue with the bed, because whenever I move it keeps making a loud noise. AC, bath room, all very nice.

I had a fantastic stay at Mansion28. The apartments are spacious and elegantly furnished, offering a perfect blend of home comfort and hotel luxury.

Mansion28 is not like any other place. Many expats live here for longer duration and it makes this property is very homey, quite and peaceful.
