Great Experience to get an Engagement in this hotel… great ballroom and romantic.

Romantic place and beautifull for honeymoon.

This is our 4th or 5th time here, always love the pool and the view, large rooms, very thoughtful room amenities, good food, recomended.

Good food and staff very friendly. They will try to accommodate all your request.

I would give more for the hotel but there are some aspect that isn't "4-stars" worthy. 1. From the services, security, and sanitary. The people are very nice here. They serve with very big smile but only to foreigners. They don't smile much most of the time with me. The housekeeping wasn't doing their best job as well, because they didnt refill the tissue box, didnt leave extra toilet papers, and put wrong hotel slippers (i got both right). One time I test if they would clean the dirty soap bar near the shower, but they didnt bother it at all. The security is also great. Each room have their own safety deposit box. But too bad we only got 1 key each room while I sleep with my friend and sometimes we were going out in different places so I had to wait in the lobby for him to come back. I've checked the emergency exit, but too bad the emergency exit is very far away and make you walk around in the building like in a maze. I've also checked the exits from each levels, most of them won't open from outside except the 6th floor right where I sleep. Im afraid if there someone could enter the place without authorization. The hotel building is very clean, but too bad the area around the hotel are not. It's very smelly outside. 2. From the amenities. I'm a gym person and I have to go to the gym almost everyday. The hotel have their own gym, but the equipment is very little and I actually finding it hard to train so I just use the sauna instead.

The convention rooms are excellent. Cool AC and nice food service.

Had two guests from overseas stay over here. Power socket did not work in a room, and key reader did not scan at the other. Wouldn't recommend.

This hotel is clean and tidy. They serves delicious breakfast with different menus everyday, I stayed here for 1 week and I really enjoy it. The parking area is in the basement and it's free.

Was going here for training and just experience the quality of the food in their restaurant. They serve several kinds of food such as pasta, western food, steam boat (asian food), and mostly Indonesian food. The taste is good for western food but some asian foods are bland, i. E. Tom yum soup and kue cubit.

Lobby and restaurant have ellegant interior. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but not really well-thought functionally. Rooms looked clean at first sight, but not so clean when I looked closer. I always like Santika Hotels, but unfortunately I had bad impression here. First, my phone call couldn't get through, so I decided to make reservations on the hotel's website. When I arrived for check-in days later, it turned out that my reservations wasn't received by front office. (I made reservations for 7 rooms. ) Lucky for me, I got there early enough so I could ask front office to secure my bookings for the rest of my guests, sparing me from embarassment. Restaurant has refreshing pool view. Food are tasty, but cleanliness of food was questionable. Vegetables had some "additional protein". One of my guest got diarrhea after having dinner here. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has good view. Taste of the food delicious. Enjoy to stay here.

Our gamelan group played here for a wedding event. It was unforgettable moment for me personally, and also for us. Because this is our first commercially success performance. + Hotel is clean. + Staffs are polite. + Ballroom is big enough for big event. + Located in central Jakarta. — Surrounding road is not big enough, because it's not a big road. — Quite far from bus stop (transjakarta) and train station.

The swimming pool near the coffee house make wonderful to kids have pool side dinning. When I stayed there for 2 nights the room just complete the make over hope now it due to upgrade again. Don't forget nice toilet and toiletries. The Rumah Makan Sederhana just besides the entrance.

Always had a pleasant stay here. They respect our privacy. Friendly staff. Nice room. Delicious breakfast, many variants of menu.

It's big but also really luxurious. The food is good and the rooms are very spacious. Loved this hotel after the long flight to Jakarta.

Hotel location is not at the main road. So may have some difficulty finding the hotel. That's probably why the hotel is not so busy with guests. Hotel standard is above the other Santika hotels, hence "premier". Good for meeting events. They have many meeting rooms of various sizes. Food pretty much standard.

The breakfast is so so. Not special. Even I can say below the standard for five stars hotel. The room is good & swimming pool is Nice too.

Went there for a wedding party this week. I can say that although the food is good, the place itself is a bit small. The guests are not too crowded. They have outdoor as well near the pool but none went there.

A good very good economical place. Little bit. Away from city. But can travel to shopping mall with $ 2 to $ 3 taxi fare. Good breakfast and a nice pool.

The security in the basement carpark was super rude. The food here are also not really delicious compared to its class. The only positive thing is the restaurant seating are has eco setting with very wide transparent glass to let sunshine goes in.

I came here on seminar occasion. The place isq well maintained even though the building itself has been established for a long time. The food & servers are great. There are many auditoriums with different capacity that suited different occasions. The sound system & lighting are good. The restroom is clean. The interior design is modern with a little touch of Indonesian' heritage. But it's not the type of super fancy hotel.

I attended my friend's wedding there, one of the hotel staff step on my wife's feet. It's pretty disaster… I think this hotel is not recommended for wedding, why? Because they seems didn't well prepared for the BBQ area, they just started cooking when the party started… They should've prepare before the party start coz it took sometimes to cook. The queue was ridiculous, then the Air-Con on the hall is not that cold with mass of people in the hall. I think this hotel good for staying and meeting purposes. For wedding I'll think twice. Well there's solution if you're going to do a wedding here… rent more aircon / AC :)

The flagship hotel of Santika group. Location is good, though not prime. Excellent ethnic style decor & cuisines. A good business hotel.

I was there for a wedding. The hotel looks very pleasant and comfortable. Nice and comfortable sofas. The food from Harmony Restaurant are tasty.

Great hotel. It has spacious room, large windows and good view. It has good selections of buffet menu for breakfast. All amenities functioning well.

Clean hotel with good service. Rooms' Wi-Fi may not work sometimes though.

First thing… their call center were lazy, it took 20 minutes before I can get a word. Aaaand… the front office staff were cloudy, it seems that they have'nt sleep for a month, blank eyes starring at you, asking some question without any greeting and nooooo smile at all. Very poor service, at that moment I decided to cancel my intention to stay there.

Datang karena ada acara kompasiana nangkring bareng kementeian PU. Snacknya enak2, menu buffetnya juga. Lumayan cozy.
