I would give more for the hotel but there are some aspect that isn't "4-stars" worthy. 1. From the services, security, and sanitary. The people are very nice here. They serve with very big smile but only to foreigners. They don't smile much most of the time with me. The housekeeping wasn't doing their best job as well, because they didnt refill the tissue box, didnt leave extra toilet papers, and put wrong hotel slippers (i got both right). One time I test if they would clean the dirty soap bar near the shower, but they didnt bother it at all. The security is also great. Each room have their own safety deposit box. But too bad we only got 1 key each room while I sleep with my friend and sometimes we were going out in different places so I had to wait in the lobby for him to come back. I've checked the emergency exit, but too bad the emergency exit is very far away and make you walk around in the building like in a maze. I've also checked the exits from each levels, most of them won't open from outside except the 6th floor right where I sleep. Im afraid if there someone could enter the place without authorization. The hotel building is very clean, but too bad the area around the hotel are not. It's very smelly outside. 2. From the amenities. I'm a gym person and I have to go to the gym almost everyday. The hotel have their own gym, but the equipment is very little and I actually finding it hard to train so I just use the sauna instead. Also not all room got their own hairdryer, but they had little hairdryer locker near the mirror in the bathroom. Such an irony. And some of the glass in the bathroom and near the wardrobe is dusty. They didnt clean them if people dont use them. And this is very wrong! you have to check them all the time! 3. The food. I'm amazed that they could serve 3 types of food from each region in world like western, asian, and local. But the food does not in sync with each other. I never had the local food, but once they serve sushi right next to fried bihun. If im allowed to suggest, next time you should serve food with same cultural background. For instance if you were going to serve sushi, at least serve ramen or other japanese food in the same booth. So every day the guest could have themed breakfast and dinner. Not just put everything without meaning in the booth just because yesterday you don't serve it. And the cook who makes omelette and scrambled eggs were cooking in hasty that the egg is very wet. Also I asked for medium egg but serve me with "warm raw egg" instead. While requesting for new egg, he almost put the back of the pan (the hot black part) on my hand. Its very close and I could feel the sizzle of the oil. Maybe he is right handed but he needs to learn not to burn the guest. Or maybe ask the guest to put the plate for safety. And the most embarassing part is the spagetthi. Me and my friend had DIARHEA after having the spagetthi. It actualy ruin my concentration since I have to work earlu in the morning. You people should watch over your employee's hand! but other than that its nice. Im sorry it had to be this way.
