My stay in Taleju Boutique hotel was very pleasant and comfortable — the staff people are very gentle and help in solving any issue and give assistance for any needs. The rooms are comfortable and house keeping very efficient.
Even the restaurant provide good foods and a variety of national and international plates.
If I could give a — 0 review I would. We spent days booking this hotel because it was advertised as pet friendly. We just flew in from another city with 7 pieces of luggage, exhausted, sick, on no sleep and they informed us at the front desk that pets are not allowed even though they advertise as pet friendly on Agoda. We are now stranded with two pets and 7 (20+ kg) bags in the middle of Jakarta with nowhere to go. Horrible service, receptionist doesn’t care, do not book here. Nobody cares if you get left homeless after they lie on their advertisements.

I lost my visa card on the reception and they say that camera system isn't working to check, another thing they will ask you for deposit 100, 000, to give when you're leaving. It will end up you paying more because everything you will have in the mini bar in the fridge is not for free.
