I booked this hotel because of the price. I expect nothing more but I do expect the room to be clean for the bare minimum. The front desk guy was very nice. We’re staying here for 5 nights.
I went into the room and I was met with mold stains across the walls near the aircond and in the bathroom itself. It was very disgusting.
The shower does not have hot water but only room temperature at best and the other is ice cold. However the shower area still had the previous tenant’s shampoo packet on the corner of the shower. It makes me wonder, is there house keeping before my stay at all?
The bathroom door is full of mold and there is no toilet paper because you can’t flush it down. The toilet seat had a few ants on them, why?
The cupboard has drawers but I can’t use it because I can’t open them. The top of it is dusty as if they were not cleaned for a month or more. It seems that the house keeping is lacking. I realised this has been ongoing for at least 9 years according to the old reviews that I didn’t come across earlier.
I personally would have rather spend more for a cleaner hotel.
