Amazing private villa with private beach, very clean, big rooms, full of facilities.
The staff very friendly & helpful. 24 hours standby.
The breakfast was delicious & big portion.

We had a pleasant stay! The room was very big and got cleaned everyday. The staff welcomed us and helped us everyday. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast, because our boat was leaving at 07:00.

We went to Magelang to celebrate Wesak day at Borobudur. We picked Villa Moya. Our stay was amazing and enjoyable. It seems every one of us were very comfortable during our stay.

Very nice villa with nice people/owners. Room is clean, with main building Italian style. Love the ocean view. There's better beach but this villa is simply special.

Great experience!
We spend one night at the Belaya Hotel in our way to Karimunjawa.
The room was quiet, confortable, nice and clean.
As for the people, everyone was very kind and helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful — when there was an issue with my original room, I got a free upgrade no questions asked.

One of the most welcoming homestays I stayed at during my motorbike tour of Java. Clean rooms. Decent Wi-Fi. Hot water. Incredible hospitality.

Pros :
— Quiet! well the birds chirping is probably the most noise you will get, and adzan, now and then, but not loud / intrusive as the room walls are thick concrete.

We never told them that we were staying here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, but somehow they genuinely knew and surprised us by writing it on the mirror and preparing a honeymoon setup.

I had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. Rooms were clean and adequate for the little guest house standard. The owner, Ms. Wuri, is really helpful and genuinely kind!
