Homestay Ngaso Dalem

Ngaso Dalem is decent place to spend night in Wonosobo.
The receptionist and the owner is very friendly and understanding and tries their best to accommodate our needs.
Being at Ngaso Dalem felt like being at home, I love the atmosphere there waking up in the morning, and having breakfast at the terrace in front.
The room is huge for its price, it doesn't feel cramped at all sharing it with 3 other friends, the breakfast is good too.
This place is just few mins walk to Wonosobo Alun-Alun, just in case you'd like to chill outside especially in the morning or afternoon.
Will return to this place again when visiting Wonosobo next time.

Perfect if you transit for one day in Wonosobo.
Got a single room (Rp100K) with shared bathroom.
The room is very small (but it’s totally fine). No AirCon, but a fan is provided and is more than enough (the weather is not hot during the night)

Located close to the center pf Wonosobo, with restaurants and shops nearby, and 2 minutes from city’s square (“Alun-Alun”), where locals jog and walk early in the morning.
Do not expect something fancy, but for the price it’s perfect.
Can be a little bit noisy during the day due to motorbikes passing by, but very quiet at night.
The owner is very kind and friendly.

Very nice host and her mother. The comfort of their guests is clearly a priority of them. They made excellent food for me too. The outside cheapest rooms have no windows and are at the noisy little street. I had a room inside the house and it was excellent. Many electrical plugs, a big closet. The bathroom was ok too. The living room is spacious with a TV. Wifi is good. The location is excellent. Right at the center.

Ibu Vero is a very nice host. She responds very quickly, basically we are provided with basic and simple amenities inside our room. Smart tv, towels, slippers, soap, hotwater, mineral water and breakfast. We had Nasi Megono. I gave it a 3 star for cleanliness because there is a lizard inside the bathroom and spiderweb above the door. The bathroom mat can't absorb wet, so it's very slippery after we took a shower. There was a sweet snack on top of the cupboard so there were ants all over the wall. I couldn't sleep well feeling paranoid of the ants can crawl to the bed. Also, the window is open (we can't close it tightly) so the motorcycle sound during the night can be extremely annoying.
Overall, if the cleanliness is maintained well, the room can be very cozy.
