Everything was perfect during our stay. I also want to applaud the chef (Madi). I booked a cooking class at the hotel. This was definitely a highlight of our 2 week trip to Bali. I would recommend this class if you happen to be in Nusa dua or surrounding area.

We stayed here for 11 days and had the most amazing time. We loved every minute and the staff were absolutely amazing. We have been home for 4 days but miss all the friendly staff there so much. Daph if you see this message send me a message. We will definetly be back and can’t await!

Have been in this hotel for about a week. The hotel is old, small. Old furniture. Old plumber. It's nothing but personally I was killed by the smell of laundry! it was as if he had been washed with kitchen towels. Pillows of poor quality, the head bounces off them.

This place is awesome! The staff is always kind and gentle — and that makes a huge difference. At the Grand Bali you feel at home. Not too artificial, nor too pretentious (like other resorts in the area). It feels like an authentic Balinese place, but with all the occidental comforts. We booked a room with too single beds by mistake — as soon as we said we didn’t notice that there were two single beds they changed our room and gave us an upgraded room with access to the pool. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Bali.

We have the luck to stay in our honeymoon trip. The best place to be. The hotel has character, it's not just a luxurious hotel. The staff was really helpful and kind as all the Balinese people. We are so thankful for the hospitality.

Staff is cooperative. Though it is old it is clean. We were 3 Adults and 1 child and booked online but the room suggested had some leakages. No Indian food options are available at hotel restaurant. But the surrounding area is good. The royal kitchen was the only THE BEST Indian restaurant in BALI collection, shopping mall, near the hotel.

Good hotel, not so big like the other luxury hotel in Nusa dua, little bit more familiar. The personal much more friendly like in grand hyatt nusa dua! The room big and nice and close to the pool. All good!

Nice, cozy hotel, all in greenery, two clean pools. There was 221 rooms overlooking the garden. I liked it.

Great Hotel! The facility is very well maintained, the rooms very spacious and comfortable and the staff at all times friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is rich and there is something for every taste. Also the private beach Club is great and very convenient. The only problem is that you can hardly go swimming there because of the tides in the morning.

Room is huge but a little dirty. Poor functionality and mostly looks like it's falling apart. There are cleaner, newer and cheaper options in the area.

Heavenly place with a very attentive staff. The buffet, the pool, the rooms, everything is Perfect. My stay unforgettable my whole family was Delighted. Thanks to the whole management of the Hotel.

Nice hotel with good service and spacious and clean rooms. The treatment of the employees is very good, the only drawback is that sometimes it shows a little that follow too the guidelines of the direction and lack therefore flexibility, for example I wanted to change the pack half board and be able to select from the letter but was not allowed, I guess they went missing because I sure asked for something more expensive… but it is something more cultural than anything serious to criticize.
They have bus service to go to beach and to free shopping mall generally would give a 9, 5/10

Great hotel quiet. Family.

Hotel location is a bit away from main roads, thus finding food at evening might need a walk/taxi. I personally did not like the dinner options at the hotel. Should go for pool access rooms only those are good. Should avoid booking private pool villa not well maintained. A lot of insects and geckos around. The hotel has complementary nusa dua beach shuttles, leave early morning to find a bed on the beach (provided free of cost by hotel). Loved the beach. Rooms are a bit old. Many things need maintainance.

We have spent two unforgettable weeks in the hotel and we loved every minute. Our stateroom was clean, stylish and well organized.
The food is delicious and variable.
All the staff was extremely kind and attentive, they went above and beyond in order to fulfil all our needs as soon as possible, but I would like to special highlight Marsha Joseva, there are no words for her dedication and warm heart.
We recommend Nusa Dua's best hotel for everyone! :)

Nice rooms, clean and spacious. Provides a very useful shuttle bus service to their private beach club, also within walking distance to several restaurants. Gym only has treadmills, no power racks.

Hotel of good bill, but we were (for one night) in a room that smelled the resealed (mildew, in other words. )
Otherwise, the breakfast at will was one of the most varied we have encountered in three weeks tour of Bali.

Really good hotel, friendly staff. Soo friendly we played with a person called Dika. He is the hotel Pool Champion. Give him a shout when you get there. The in service food is amazing and cheap. Will definitely come again.

This is a very nice place to stay in Nusa Dua. The rooms are spacious and clean, the territory is beautiful and the swimming pool is great. The breakfast is really good, there are many varieties of things to choose from. The beach is 10 minutes drive away, but they have a free shutyle bus going there and back every hour. The beach is private and comparatively clean with a nice cafe area. There is a shallow swimming pool 0.6 m deep for toddlers at the hotel. They also offer massage and laundry, both services are of a good quality, but a bit pricey. Overall I loved the place and would recommend it for travellers with family and kids.

Very friendly and kind staff. We didn't stay there over night but we were near there beach facilities. Our children forgot some of there toys there. So, we drove to the hotel and the very friendly staff found our belongings. They treated us like guests even if we weren't. Thank you very much!

Very nice hotel. Certainly it starts to age but the setting is beautiful (restaurant in front of the pool), very well maintained, employees very smiling and considerate. And the top of the top a buffet breakfast gargantuan and even omelets and waffles on demand!

My family and I have been staying on this hotel since 2002 and over the years have brought families, numerous friends and even organised an international training with 150 people. So for us, it is "a home away from home". Staff efficient, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet and great restaurant food. Nice big rooms too.

I stayed 2 nights in grand Bali, my birthday present to self. Pool access room, staff, food and grounds were amazing would recommend to everyone!

Excellent hotel with great location.

The food was extremely poor for a 5star hotel the menu was also small with not a very good choice at all. I stayed for 4 nights. I asked for help many times and didn't get it. Accidentally the hotel had taken money for 5 nights instead of 4. A problem that I was promised on many occasions that they would sort out and refund my money. 5 months late I have had nothing back other than a lot of excuses. Very bad service. It's sad because the hotel is very nice and they do do some things very well. Maybe one day they will sort there act out refund my money and upgrade there terrible menu.

Decent hotel, well deserved 4 stars. Big rooms, guests almost was not, quiet and comfortable, and most importantly inexpensive (~3600 p per day)
