Right off the bat, this hotel is fairly easy to find since it’s huge. This place meets all my expectations. Spick and span, well-run hotel with friendly staff and serene ambience. Not to mention, it’s very well furnished with good amenities plus it’s CHSE certified. Very spacious pool both for adults and kids to keep you occupied. Hotel snobs wud totally love this place! Our suggestion to you fellow travelers is to take your time, enjoy the atmosphere; this is certainly not one of those hotels for a quick visit. Four out of five stars for the cost and experiences they provide for the guest. Totally will make a comeback!

Stay at courtyard by marriot, so awesome. 2 kolam renang yg besar dan tematik taman, spa, gym, 2 resto yg sangat enak makanannya, lobby luas, sistem keamanan yg sangat baik dan ketat, ammeneties yang luar biasa lengkapnya plus bath tub. Pokoknya kalo ke bali. Harus stay di courtyard by marriot yg posisinya strategis bgt di kawasan nusa dua. Staff yang sangat ramah, tempat parkir luas, ada tupai yg lucu waktu sarapan, live music di malam hari sambil bersantai.

Need a comfort place for break away with family? This place is one of options. The service from check in up to check out is excellent. Children enjoy to play with water at the pool and some visitors enjoy feeding coconut squirrel whilst breakfast.

This hotel offers excellent pool experience. It has 2 amazing pools. One is a bit shady, the other with wave-pool gives you more sunlight for the tanning. The hotel does have a private beach, but needs a shuttle to reach it. Will take you 5-10 minutes drive. Or you can take the bike rental. Room also very spacious. Excellent choice for family vacation.

The hotel is already 7 years old and it is noticeable by the worn rooms. Didn't like textiles! Grey towels and stains on chairs and sun beds. Otherwise, it is normal enough for such money in the area of nus a dua.

Fantastic resort with excellent balenise service. We have just finished 7 nights in a pool view room. Loved the pool and beach club. So much choice at breaky plus used the restaurant for the suckling pig evening. Pretty cool around the pool at night with a pool bar with happy 3 hours and live music. Very close to Main Street where there are good restaurants and massage shops. Recommended.

Great 5 star hotel in Nusa Dua Bali with excellent services. The thing is this hotel has no direct access to the beach but they have every 30 minutes executive shuttle to go to their beach club and if you like to shop branded goods and food court resto concept, they also have the shuttle to go to Bali Collection. What I love the most is that they serve fresh coconuts 24/7 and not to mention the kids club and lazy pool. Cleanliness of the room is modest, they sometimes didn't clean it up until afternoon.

Nice hotel, but not the first line.

This was my first time staying at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua before I have stayed at a different hotel last time. I was really disappointed with the Customer Service and cleanliness at this hotel. The staff wasn't so friendly to the guest. Some of the staff were very rude to guest staying at the hotel. Especially at breakfast when you ask for something they would respond rudely to some guest. Sometimes they would forget to bring what you asked them for like napkins or coffee. Then I would have to ask again they didn't apologize for forgetting to bring what I asked for. The hotel was not very clean like the room, lobby, beach club. The room was not so clean like the floor was not clean it was pretty dirty and the bed sheet had some dark spots on them. When I booked the stay at the hotel on the website it didn't say anything about the renovation. The front desk never told me about the renovation. They only put a couple of guest on that floor were the renovation was going on. The staff was really loud in the early morning painting doing some construction in the rooms. Also, the beach club was very filthy the staff didn't clean up. The same trash was for a couple of days next to the beach lounge chairs. The beach was very dirty for the rest of my stay the staff never raked the beach. The other hotels would rake often the trash on the beach. I am very disappointed about this hotel. I have stayed before at Bali Nusa Dua with a different hotel and around the same price.

It was a happy experience staying at this hotel. The staff is extremely professional, very well trained and goes out of the way to make one satisfied with stay. Breakfast options are great. Overall wonderful to stay here. Thanks Mariott Courtyard.

Loved the resort! 5 star service. Great breakfasts and many complimentary activities such as beach yoga, biking etc. There are plenty activities for the kids as well. It is not beach front but there is a shuttle going to the beach club regularly otherwise its a 5 min walk. Resort has a lazy pool, jacuzzi and 2 large pools.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower room has no floor inclination, the water is constantly.

I can not fault this hotel. It is postcard perfect, service is friendly and amazing, the shuttle service to the private beach is an added bonus, staff learn and memorise your names and always so hi when they spot you around. The facilities are fabulous, fantastic food, great customer service — will be back again and again and again. Love Marriott hotels!

Great vacation club. Extremely accommodating and service minded staff. You have access to 3 pools, a kids club, the restaurant and cafe and the DS restaurant at the vacation club. The beach club is a 20 minute walk away and just 10 minutes to the beach. There is also a shuttle. Lots of local shops are around the corner.

Love love love this hotel! The staff are amazing, so friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet is lovely and has a big variety of tasty food. Everyone that works there are doing a brilliant job. Best hotel in Bali.

A real hotel of premium level, starting from the hospitable staff, finishing the cleanliness of the territory and the rooms. Marrion is above all praise.
The only thing that did not like-the beach, where the hotel for visitors allocated space. Very noisy and strong smell of the toilet near the sunbeds.

This is my second time staying with courtyard. My first time was at Courtyard Seminyak while thinking to bring kiddos to somewhere nearer to the beach, we have chosen Courtyard at Nusa Dua and it turned out a brilliant choice! Absolutely enjoyed our stay with the friend and thoughtful staffs with good food and refreshing environment. It’s definitely worth the money and recommendable! However, we had a slightly not so good experience which was the late night check in of the guests next door. It was noisy and woke my kids up in the middle of the night. Besides that, thumbs up for all.

Very nice place to stay. There is a lazy river pool encircling the bar. That was pretty fun. The people are super nice as well. Nusa Dua is a bit far from some of the other active places to visit on Bali but very lush and scenic. The outdoor restaurant had some very smelly placemats but when I mentioned to staff they replaced immediately. Good service and food.

Great hotel very cozy, a place to relaxing and I love the swiming pool it like swimming pool heaven, incl Jacuzzi. Spacious parks and you can take bicycle for 2hour free. The food is very good love it.

Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Excellent customer service and facilities. I would recommend a pool view room. All in all very good value for money.

Love this hotel so much. We stayed for 3 nights. The staff are friendly, polite, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is spotless. We loved the swimming pool, which is brand new, clean and wide. It also has a lazy pool which the kids live it very much. Our son love the kids club. It has mini playground and video games with a cozy seat and it also provides a number of activities for the kids. Free shuttle to the nearby beach — though we didn't use this facility because we rented an ELF for 3 days. When we stayed, we were offered a free upgrade room to pool view with a balcony. The room has a standard facility and everything is as expected. We will be staying here again for sure.

The hotel is an excellent choice for your holiday in Bali. The service of this hotel is fantastic. Absolutely all the staff from the doorman to the manager always smiling and trying their best to make your stay more pleasant. The manager, Leo is involved in all the process and takes care personally of every guest. Their private Beach Club offers good quality service, best location in Nusa Dua for surfers and also for having a swim.

Such a beautiful hotel with the most friendly and accommodating staff you could ask for. The staff is what made this place so nice to stay at. The grounds are so beautiful with a lagoon like feeling. It is very affordable for what you get as well. I would definitely stay here again!

We visited the Courtyard by Marriott just for the buffet breakfast as we were staying at a different hotel. My wife had stayed here previously and rated the buffet breakfast quite highly. There was a nice selection of food and some really tasty local dishes so the food got a thumbs up from me. The only let down was the staff failing to inform us that the buffet breakfast was going to close 30 minutes upon arriving. Upon notifying the manager of this they did give us a sizable discount which we were happy with. All in all I think the buffet breakfast is a certainly a good reason to visit or stay at the hotel.

After booking a horrible hotel. We found this place. One word AMAZING they are so friendly and accommodate your every need. Beach club is amazing and greatly priced food. Especially the tacos. Beers by the pool a little expensive but Prada supermarket 2 minutes away. So stock up your fridge. We will be back for sure.

Wow great! If you want a posh, private resort, this is the place to go. You MUST get the breakfast. There's so much to choose from, you could try something new every day. The pool is huge and the service is everything you could want.

Amazing hotel… Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing swimming pool, large and clean rooms and an extensive breakfast offering. The hotel has no beach-front but that is compensated by a superb beach club. Comes very highly recommended! One negative point… the rooms are very poorly insulated against noise which means you hear everything that happens in corridors, neighboring rooms and outside.

Just an average 5 stars hotel. Nothing special. Everything is standard. It is everything that I paid for. Breakfast is good but a bit chaos as the hotel is almost fully occupied. Hard to get seated. Not all food was refilled on time.

The rooms do clean badly, but the staff are all up to horror polite, any whims, the pool is unreally healthy and divided into 3i areas, love the kids, prices are not cheap times 2a more expensive than in cafes, free shuttle to the beach when you want, beach Awesome compared.

In general a nice place to stay. The management should let the customer know if there is a huge construction site next to the hotel. In the room itself you can hear noisy drilling and hammering sounds! For that amount of money only one star, sorry. I have to mention that their staff is doing an outstanding job! They are very friendly and attentive. They of course deserve 5 stars.

Big rooms, good service and facilities. Only downside is that the beach is not located at the hotel and you would need a 5 minute shuttle ride to reach a tiny public beach area with some hotel beach chairs.

Hotel very good and extremely secure… Controls at the entrance to the complex, detector of metals at the level of the reception. American-style buffet breakfast. The restaurant is located along the pool. Downside: there is no direct access to the beach… However a shuttle is organized on a regular basis to get to the beach. The beach is very good… an on-site restaurant offers you the highest standards (club sandwiches, burgers, …). For visits, we had a car and driver for the day which takes you where you want… you are free to choose your course but discuss beforehand with the driver to make the most your day.

Beautiful resort, zero atmosphere. This is a great place to stay if you want to do absolutely nothing. The wait and housekeeping staff here are wonderful and a joy to be around. Loved the private beach club too. Biggest problem is lack of atmosphere, and nothing to do at night unless you leave the resort. Breakfast is nice but included food from the previous night. The food is overpriced and its cheaper and tastier to go outside the resort to eat. The same chinese bell music is played as you lie by the pool constantly and drives you crazy after a while, the beach club however plays good music. The pool bar closes at 9 and the bar near reception has no music and no atmosphere to tempt you to sit there. One night we turned the TV on and were told to turn it right down because reception could here it. We just turned it off and went to a pub down the road within walking distance. The other thing lacking is poolside service, this is nearly zero. My recommendation if you are staying here is to eat and drink at the restaurants outside of the hotel, which you can get to by exiting at the rear of the hotel. The atmosphere, food and prices at these places is much better.

We stayed 3 nights in a very clean and spacious room with a terrace facing the pool. There are no negative experiences we had but great and nice moments. The room was clean and tidy with furniture to rest a little bit. Especially the bathroom was close to luxurious because of the space it offered. Staff was always helpful and very polite. It was very easy to wake up in the morning because of the delicious breakfast buffet which had a vast selection. If you want to relax and enjoy every moment in a very calm resort then this is our recommendation.

Beautiful, fairly new hotel. Very clean with very friendly and helpful staff that says hello and smiles when ever you meet. The pool area is great with lots of deck lounges, shade and pool attendants that comes to give you pool towels before you ask for them. There's a pool side bar but not a swim up bar. The pool access rooms are great if you have kids who loves water. The kids clubs is very reasonably priced but with limited activities. There are seperate shuttle buses to take you to the designated beach club and Bali collection (5-8mins) and back. Metered taxis to Kuta is approx 70-75K rupee (traffic dependent).
