Stayed 5 nights here end of January. Staff amazing and friendly. Cant do enough for you, so helpful. Lovely hotel, bit dated but still great and everything working. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Lovely pool and right on the beach. Still recovering from the Pandemic so need lots more tourists.

Another great trip to Grand Hyatt Bali, my second in 12 months and already thinking of returning later in the year. Staff always super friendly and helpful with a good selection of restaurants on-site and Bali Collection just across the road, or walk up the beach if you need more food choices. We arrived just after new year and it was still pretty busy for a couple of days but even then you can always find a spot (sun bed) next to one of the pools or on the beach. Highly recommend!

Spent our anniversary week there. Good location with beautiful swimming pools and great breakfasts.

Amazing resort, fantastic suites, very family friendly. The pools are very beautiful and well maintained. The hotel has one of the finest private beaches in Nusa Dua. We thoroughly enjoyed our holidays staying here. The restaurants and lounges also complete the experience. Highly recommended.

The Hyatt is a good Resort style hotel, all facilities there. There is a great open air club lounge with fantastic happy hour. Since the lounge is open air, it can be very warn. The suite is large and comfortable, the AC not power full and the room is outdated. It is the friendly staff that makes the real difference and why it is a great place to stay.

A beautiful hotel, highly recommended.

Beer is cheaper than soda so it is a heaven for married man like me. I stayed at grand Room and it was exceptional. The hotel is seriously huge. Prepare for a lot of foot massages on the beach. The best hotel to go with your friends and their family. The restaurant casa verde is okay. Not great but not bad (Most of 5* hotel in Bali has Bule taste while my Indonesian tounge demands more spices and chilli) Breakfast is good (bread is great but then again the nasi goreng and other food is more Bule taste) Service is exceptional. Staffs are super friendly and super helpfull. The pool is amazing, The beach is clean. I hope I can get the le petit chef show. And I will review it more.

The Grand Hyatt is a dream experience. It truly cannot be faulted. Everything about it is luxurious & opulent. It is worth every penny & I cannot wait to return!

Nice outdoor resort but must renovate rooms please.

Its been a very pleasant stay with Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua, especially with excellent hospitality from Bu Sri Masyuni, all the other staffs also very helpful and attentive. Our kids love the pools and kids activity, our parents love the spa experience. Will definitely come back to Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua again!

Such a Great Place, Recommended!

Nice resort to take the family, clean beach, good service, the complex quite big so be prepare to walk around the hotel complex, the food is also excellent, worth the stay. Have been staying here for more than three time whenever we pick Nusa Dua area for our holiday.

I stayed in Grand Hyatt Bali 50 nights, (can you imagine 😁) in 23 years since 1998. Its like my second home in Bali. Even I have house in Bali I still love this hotel. Wide. Nice garden. Nice white sand beach … lovely keep your quality 👍

The rooms are very spacious, the staff are so friendly and can not do enough for you. The pools are amazing and have big towels. The grounds and ponds are beautifully maintained. Excellent cleaning of rooms and plenty of water.

The best hotel and good service.

Hotel is very beautiful, but no help and support if you ask for something. Can not reach right staff not even the basic amenities provide like dental kits etc are not provided you have to ask for it and only if you are lucky enough you’ll get it.

We’ve just had 4 nights here. Outstanding hotel. The grounds were beautiful. We went for the grand club and couldn’t fault it. Room was amazing. Had a good choice at breakfast. Pool and beach area’s clean. Would recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in and the reception you receive it is a wonderful experience. A week would be barely enough to experience everything this place has to offer. It is more than a hotel or a resort, it's like a little city with everything you need. I can't wait to be able to return to this wonderful place.

We came here for a 2 night stay. Very on point service. They immediately grabbed our bags and the food at the restaurants was superb. They actually had reasonably priced gin and tonic too for around 50k near the front lobby with live music as well! Good value!

Amazing property with extensive plantings and water features throughout the property. Easy access to enormous beach with shade trees. Easy walk to Bali Collections mall with many, many affordable restaurants, shops and services. Rooms are classic old school and charming. Service was uniformly excellent.

My husband and I shared our wedding anniversary night at Salsa Verde. Our meal was quite an experience! We ordered 2x glasses of the Wolf Blass Shiraz, we were informed it was sold out $15 per glass. We suggested they open the other Shiraz on the menu in lieu slightly more expensive but were told no we can’t do that. So we decided to go with the local Shiraz which they served cold, we gave up & had water. We were told that due to the climate we keep it in the fridge. What we wanted was someone with the ability to make a decision & offer a solution. No mention finding a solution. Perhaps a complementary dessert, open another wine of better quality. A hotel of this quality should not be running out of wine by the glass, there are so few to choose from, don’t put wine on the list if consistent supply is an issue. Our big night we had planned & saved hard for was a let down — Grand disappointment vs Grand Hyatt.

I was sucked in by the Hyatt brand and the 5 star rating when I booked this Luxury escape holiday.
It may have been classified as 5 star in its hay day but its NOT now.
The resorts caters for couples with children and groups. Its not adults without children friendly — the place was overrun with kids (never seen that many kids in one place) and there was no serenity area to escape them.
The rooms were small which did'nt bother me but they need sprucing up.
The breakfas was excellent but the restaurants need to perform to their 5 star rating. Drinks came with no swizzle sticks, no coasters. We has dinner at the Salsa and ordered tirsmasu which came in a little glass jar which was fine BUT it was just delivered on its own instead of presenting it on a plate.
I would never stay there again and would recommend to any one.
We were very disappointed.

All is well, you can say even fine. Except that there is no halal food (Muslim), so had to eat vegan food…

The Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua, Bali is outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and throughout 10 day stay at the hotel we received great service. The Room was excellent for our family, the hotel boasts beautiful gardens and a variety of dining experiences along with traditional Balinese dancing. The surfing at the beach was great as was the swimming at the beach and resort pools. We found the local shopping plaza opposite the hotel (The Bali Collection) very handy and the massages excellent. Our children enjoyed the slides also and the kids club was very professionally run. Overall a first class family holiday. I would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday.

After 8 long nights here we will never go back! We booked this place for our honeymoon and I wish we had of done more research. The staff on arrival and the whole time were not happy or friendly, we requested a clothes horse on day 1 (that in most hotels there is one per room included) I called twice a day for 6 days and we never received one, they said we were on a ‘waiting list’ for one. My husband & I upon booking last year advised it was our honeymoon and they were going to organise something special for the room on arrival, nothing was done and they had forgotten we were there celebrating our honeymoon. I had to call for fresh hand and face towels every few days because for some reason house keeping only replaced bath towels. There was a few days there that our swipe card to get in the door wasn’t working, so when we got home late at night we were locked out, no staff around so had to make the trip back to the lobby (and if you have stayed here before you would know that from some rooms it’s not a short walk) when they eventually came down to try & let us in their master key wasn’t working either so they would have to go and find another card to try. This happened several times. Bathroom blinds were broken and couldn’t be closed properly, patio door lock broken. It was just a terrible experience, the staff did absolutely nothing to rectify anything even after several conversations daily.

Love, love, love this resort. The gardens are lush and tropical… The pools and beach are exceptional! We are frequent visitors to Bali and this is the best we have experienced. The greatest assets of the Grand Hyatt are the staff. Helpful and friendly, they will go out of their way to meet your needs. I want to especially highlight the outstanding attention of the duty manager Deny. He is an asset to the Grand Hyatt. In addition I want to thank Pril for her kindness and help. I recommend this resort to you!

Always my most favorite place in Nusa Dua. I love every detail of the garden. Perfect landscape. The room is spacious. Breakfast is variously delicious. The Japanese restaurant is must try. Service is just like any 5 star. Worth the price.

Good hotel but today half a day the system of electronic cards does not work! We can not get into the room, every time have to wait for 20 minutes of the manager that he opened the door with a regular key! The staff make the view that everything is OK and no problem!

The staff at The Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua were exemplary, always trying to make sure we were satisfied, very attentive to our needs and grateful for our patronage. Our breakfasts and some dinners were included in a package that we purchased and we thought for our tastes absolutely delicious. Our only complaint was there was a huge function on the lawn very close to our apartment (and many other apartments) that had extremely loud music which went on for about 6 hours. Other nearby resorts also had very loud music and parties that were hard to block out. The upside to this is we went to Uluwatu and watched the sunset. The beach in front of the Grand Hyatt is absolutely stunning except for the horrendous amount of plastic that washes up with the tide and is cleaned away each day.

Had stayed here a couple of times over the years and you start to notice some things seems to be somewhat dated. Service standard seemed to have dropped a little on arrival but the landscape is still as good and that made everything well on arrival. Rooms are feeling a little dated as well what with the rustic furnishings and decor, and rough sheets in my opinion. Still they are big enough for a family for 4 with a permanent daybed on the side, and cool balcony overlooking the seaside or gardens depending on on your choice. Breakfast is somewhat limited in choices and would have hope for more variety. The hotel has one of the longest stretch of beach which makes its a really nice place for families or couple time, and pools which are spread out. The estate size is just huge. You can get lost in the compound. Overall I would still consider staying here again when prices are affordable.

Chose the hotel by mistake, "command" to the Hyatt brand. The only good thing is the beach.
The beach is long and wide. The sand is small, with a child it is good to play, locks to build) ) good waves, tried surfing. Rating: 4-room (standard, in the northern case) : old, ugly. The doors to the balcony-old, seize. Score 3 POINTS staff: 3 + points. It seems attentive, but not like in other chain hotels. Can better) Meals: 2 points breakfast in 2 restaurants, rustic. The tea is sewn with a taste of coffee. But you can. There's nothing to eat for lunch or dinner. Either the Italian food, either Balinese or Japanese. Very expensive prices and the set of dishes is small. Compare with the Mulia and PADMA Ubud Resort. It's okay with the food. Score 2 points The pools are norms but old. From the pros-a slide! The child is happy. 3 + Points Kids Club-bad. The child is 2 years, so we were not allowed to stay with the child was not permitted. Plus to the whole Kids club-for money. Score 1 point territory: Green 4 points Location: Near from the shopping village of Bali Collection-convenient. There are spas and shops, restaurants. We eat 2 days here, not in the Hyatt.
The summary is very bad. If you want to throw money for a pseudo Hyatt-do not book this hotel.

Nice hotel, lots of greenery, landscaping, staff very friendly. Large sandy beach with trees, no one elbows in the ocean and on the beach is not pushed. For lovers of sea water is better to come during the maximum tide and ebb, then the ocean is self-cleaning and the wave is more interesting, and for the pools is always good.

Excellent Hotel, All Modern amenities, you have everything from Business to Leisure trip. Staff all across are very courteous, helpful and charming. Spread out layout, full of Greenery and Sea Beach makes it more attractive for across the Age Group. Since the property is huge at times you face Maintenance hick ups. And Management need to look at this. I wish to visit the place again.

As you'd expect the start are amazing and friendly, facilities are superb and it pretty much has everything you'd need. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because when I stayed there the beach had a lot of plastics on it, either from the sea or people bathing. Probably not the grand Hyatt's fault but it's a bit off-putting.

The property is nice. The grounds are well kept and the view from the lobby of the ocean is beautiful. In the evening — the lanterns and dim lighting creates a very romantic/mysterious setting. Our room was large and could easily hold comfortably a family of 4. However, the room did show its age and that impacted our stay slightly.

Dear Grand Hyatt, the beach is public. Why is a Sumba security dude telling the beach is yours and try to chase us away. Do you have a certificate of the beach and ocean? Fair enough you are beach front and you providing chairs for your guests. We are not sitting near your guest but under a deserted tree in the shade where there is totally nobody. The borders of your complex are clear to us, but the beach/ocean? Thank you for your warm hospitality on the Bali beach. Have a nice day. Ivan.

Older resort but it still has the 'wow' factor. The gardens, water lily ponds and swimming pools are world class and the beach is rubbish free. Staff were fantastic and there were no problems with the many restaurants on-site. Try the Kriya spa for a reasonably priced professional massage.

Nice Hotel.

It was a very nice hotel. The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. But especially the setting is superb. The restoration is also noticeably appreciable.

The beach here is absolutely spectacular. It’s a wide stretch of sand, clear waters and looks out into the horizon — completely unblocked. The current isn’t too strong so it’s great for a swim and there are plenty of deck chairs. For a quieter spot, head to the south side, away from the pool area. The rooms are a little dated but it’s clean and spacious. The resort grounds are huge and very lovely, lots of lush greenery and very well kept. The only downside for me for the food — very average and expensive. But you can get a wide selection of good food just outside the resort complex around Nusa Dua and just up Tanjong Benoa. I would recommend renting a bike to get around for meals. Or you can just walk across to Bali Collection (but it’s very touristy).

The resort is big (around 650 rooms) and quite spread out. This means you can end up with a room quite a bit from pool, lobby and beach areas. The room was nice, although it's coming to an age where it’s time for a fresh up. Restaurants were good and service great. Don't miss the gym with squash, yoga and class room. It also has its own smaller, but quite pool like in a hidden oasis. Recommended to just go there to just relax for yourself for a while. Don't miss the nice big buffee dinner with the dance show they have in their amphie-like theatre.

The property itself is luxurious. The Location and proximity to the beach add to the charm. The service like everywhere else in bali is warm and thorough. World love to come back.

The area is amazing. Amazing beach. Great location to the walking places. The hotel is very close to the shops and restaurants. The staff of the hotel is 3000 people! Round the clock prepare clean sweeping clean mow! According to the rating as claimed by the local hotel occupies the honorable 7th place! Well, and accordingly for the price! On the territory of a lot of ponds with red Carp heron ducks of one and a half meters lizards and hundreds of squirrels. The hotel is amazing. And the Nusa Dua beach strip is the best in Bali.

The resort is in a very large piece of ground. Walking from one end to the other will take you more than 15mins. The staffs are very friendly and always smiling. The landscape is full of ponds and beautifully manicured plants. Very near to the beach too. Big rooms with that also come with a queen size day bed. Nice and relaxing.

It was 40min drive away from DPS airport if it is normal traffic, the hotel is awesome. Nice pool beside beach, a lot of water sports option wonderful food options. We all close to 100 people gathered for our 2018 sales kick off meeting Connex18. We all enjoyed.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful green landscaped area with lots of pools. The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and functional. In the room a large bed, a table, bedside tables, air conditioning, TV, tea kettle, safe, mini bar (really paid), ironing board, iron. Of the Cons: Frequent ebb, not good enough housekeeping, no dryer in the room, overpriced food and drinks in the bars and restaurants (because of this evening is very empty in the hotel). The staff was very helpful and friendly. They will be able to charge you with smiles and positive. In this hotel you will feel the most important guest. Have a good rest.

The grounds are huge and spacious. It takes a while to get to the beach, depending on the room. Our room was grumpy and when we complained, someone came over and looked around. But that was all there was. Spa is Pansastisch.

Nice and friendly staff and very helpful. A great resort. As for me the resort is too big, you have to walk quite a distance if you want to go for a breakfast or the available restaurants. Even though the Swimming Pools has got slippery dip but for a big resort I think it is too small.

Check in experience could have been better. All dining experiences were outstanding and my wife really appreciates the same. Spa experience was great as we tried a couple package — for two and a half hours.

Staying here is the best decision I have during the holiday. The place is very tranquil with swimming pools and private beach. The staf are very attentive and friendly. They keep chekcing if we got everything right. The place is kind of isolated so not much to experience unless you went out using vehicle. There is a beautiful beach nearby that I found during the day looking for alternative eateries.

We stayed here 14 nights in November: The rooms are unfortunately extremely light hearing, the balcony doors are very old and not exactly "noise" dense. Am actually not sensitive, but you can hear every staircase and hallway baptism.
The system itself is incredibly beautiful, clean and large. Great pool and beach scenery. Unfortunately, only a single towel issuing point for this, since you have to run as a guest at a required correspondingly far walk.
Also, often non-hotel guests often stay in the complex, on which are located, at the hotel beach and pool on — we did not think so well.
Reserving the sun lounger by towel edition is allowed (have asked for a towel issue), which we find annoying. Especially if the staff does not give beautiful sun places, because there are still used towels and you are not sure if someone else is coming (even after 4 hours no one came) — and even then you have to look for a place somewhere else.
On the beach and am "Main" pool very old, cheap white plastic lie — not suitable for the hotel and above all not the price.
Service very nice and courteous. Also very clean rooms. We highly recommend the Japanese restaurant nampu in the hotel!
The small shopping area in the hotel also offers a lot.
The most awesome is the beautiful pond/garden complex, with many animals.

Joining two small beds doesn't make it a king size bed… Huge but dated rooms with many things not working … Inefficient AC. Lots of ants all over the room and on the bed, also some lizards. Huge resort on a beautiful Nusa Dua beach. Most of the staff are courteous. Not the quality of service expected from Hyatt. Would try some other resort next time …

Great stay, relax, all inclusive! Clean Beach.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are spacious but not functional, the dressing room is in the bathroom, the bathroom itself and the toilet are not closed. There are few sockets. Shampoos and other things change not every day, which is strange for 5ti stars. The hotel itself is far from new, but the conference rooms are chic. There is a terrible shortage of sunbeds on the beach, there are almost no. So it makes sense to go to the beach in a nearby hotel.

Great place for family and kids. Away from the hustle bustle and having everything for a family vacation. Nicely located next to a large mall having multiple options for shopping and eating out. The property is a bit old but the staff is amazingly caring.

We had a great stay at the Grand Hyatt. The pool is tons of fun with a large water slide and a smaller one we were able to use with our toddler. The beach was great with plenty of chairs under relaxing trees. The rooms themselves are large, spacious and clean. The hyatt is probably not the newest but it is well maintained. The breakfast buffet was a decent selection. The hotel is also conveniently located across the street from the Bali collection which has pharmacies, food, and tourist shopping if you desire it. Loved this hotel.

If I could stay here for a month, I would. The resort is beautiful and right in front of a really nice beach. The staff is extremely welcoming and amicable. There are many good food choices on-site and live performance/music every night.

Bad services. Not the five stars service I expect from usual five star hotels. We had to change rooms several times as the rooms that we were allocated to, had faulty doors and toilet, the room itself smelt as if it has not been vacuumed for long period of time. It was dusty. The secons room we had the same dust problem but after waiting for hours for the housekeeper to arrive, we finally got the room less dirty. And one thing my husband and I were disappointed in was suddenly hotel staff came in to our room without knocking the door first! And it happened twice. And several times we got a wrong room call. We think, we wouldn't come back again to Hyatt Bali.

Very nice hotel. Even though it is an old hotel, they maintained the facilities quite well. Pools are very nice, staffs are great, gardens and surroundings are great. Huge hotel, and it takes time to go to lobby if your room is on the far sides of the hotel. The only suggestion is the variety of breakfast, which can be improved for selections to compete with the other 5 star hotels.

You can have a nice rest at the pool, take a ride off the water coasters. Living in a hotel doesn't have to be.

You can take a shower here, even if you don't live in a hotel.

The atmosphere is calm and the terrain is great.

Absolutely excellent! Stayed here 8 years ago and was not disappointed then. Felt good to be back and the service and facilities are as 5 star as before. Just love the place and specificly the club lounge.

Absolutely loved the resort, friendly staff, great breakfast and a beautiful setting. Have never felt so relaxed from a holiday. Could not fault it at all! Special thanks to Pari and his team at the pool bar for their awesome cocktails and warming hospitality! We will back for sure.

Stayed in the club room, had access to the Grand Club zone — everything was just perfect. Beautiful room, great bed, amazing service. Walked and looked at the adjacent resorts inc Westin, Hyatt is far the best in the area.

All the buildings are far from each other, resort-styled. Other than the day my card did not work and I had to walk all the way to lobby, the rest was fantastic. Shopping, entertainment, relaxation all within the compound. Good view of beach and sea from hotel. Good hotel bar.

Best hotel i've ever seen.

I've stayed at Grand Hyatt back in 1999 with corporate incentive trip. Beautiful gardens, big pool. Reasonable prices at the bars. Enjoyed every moment of my holiday. And yes, it's a really big resort so get your walking shoes before you leave your room. Highly recommend this resort for stress free holiday. Mind the locals as they will chase you until you buy anything. The place is not wall fenced so anyone can walk in. And they do.

It would be helpful if they gave each guest a hand-held GPS when checking in. Our room was miles and miles away from the lobby, restaurants, bar, etc. And the signs pointing the way from our building were wrong! (i. E. Signs pointing to the "Lobby" led you to the tennis courts, etc. ) Most of the restaurants were either closed or "temporarily relocated" during our stay, making dining choices very limited.
