Overall this place could gives u a cozy environment, good place with nice view at the middle of Nusa Dua… but unfortunately there's some lack on me for their daily room service which often missed to provide a complete bath equipment.

Very nice hotel. Sweet moctails, yellow sunrises, good beach and location. And fair price. Staff are awesome.

We stayed here 11/4/18 until 15/4/18 and loved every minute of it. The staff are super friendly but don't bother you and always remembered who we were and room number. Myself and Damian are looking to re-book for a longer stay in September as we enjoyed it so much. Clean, room service excellent and again the staff are lovely. Short walk to the beach and in a gated community. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

It is quite, clean and cheap hotel. Breakfast is great. Location is (45minutes drive) away from kuta. Hotel is in a safe location Nusa Dua guarded by police.

Booked this hotel due to the great location and price however we had to cancel our booking as one of our companions could no longer make it. The hotel flatly refused the refund even though it was still 3 months before we were due to stay there, the person was very rude about it. Highly suggest staying clear of this place for their poor service.

Cozy and the most affordable hotel in ITDC area. Clean room, spacious bed, nice swimming pool. Foods were awesome. Probably the best buffet I ever had in Nusa Dua. Note: Please avoid rooms with garden view as they're very close to Sofitel's loading area. It's uber noisy.

Excellent care, the place is very cute, clean, the rooms spacious, the staff very friendly and the breakfast is fabulous… again!

Every staff is very friendly n helpful… room facilities n buffet breakfast is also good.

I rarely give 4 stars, this is because the taste of the food when I ordered a traditional fried rice via room service, the rice is to oily … Too much oil too fried, and the variety of the breakfast is too moderate. But u can find a good speed of Wi-Fi and a good pool to relax after all its one of the place to recharge ur energy.

Help full staff, nice rooms, close to the beach.

Pleasant stay with great ambience and quite safe neighborhood. Beach access is not direct with hotel. Downside is dinner buffet.

Despite some small disadvantages (like the leakage during rainy season in the room), the stafc was very efficient and professional. The swimming pool is amazing and the restaurants not bad either.

For the price we paid, I am very happy for what Grand Whiz provided to us. Nice swimming pool, good food in the restaurant with reasonable price, distance to beach and bali collection is acceptable. Room is decent, not fancy but good enough. People working there are friendly.

Nice hotel. The only con I found is weak noise insulation. We're weak) ) ) In all other ways, the hotel is worth for the money it costs.

The check in was poor. 30 min wait after having argued else 1hr wait for check in at 2pm. Fridge does not even maintain chillness. Room service did not show up. Had to call twice. The resort portion of the beach is small. There is not enough lighting in the bathroom. The TV did not work. Bathroom fixtures was leaking water.

This hotel have a friendly staff, politely, the room is clean and the quiet environment. It's good for relaxing or tourist. The fee is soft.

A superb 4 star. It only lacks direct access to the beach, but you have it at 5 min. Walk. Great pool.

Small hotel with reasonable price. Quiet in the weekday but not sure for the weekend. Have 2 restaurants. Food is nothing special. Nice people.

Very friendly staff, excellent service. Not crowded or too busy. The hotel is not on the beach, but has beach access, making it a little quieter than some of the resorts in the area during the day and in the evenings. Rooms are clean, linen is crisp. Breakfast variety feels a bit limited after a few days. Would recommend, and would definitely return.

It is a nice and modern hotel with a large pool and very nice. Poolside there is a bar with snack food and plenty of sun loungers.
The staff is very friendly and the food is good both at the buffet breakfast as well as for lunch or dinner a la carte. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the Nusa Dua area.
We had to leave the room at noon, but the plane did not go out until midnight, so we were allowed to use the pool until the hour we wanted and to have a shower at the spa before we left, without charging us anything.
We are very happy with the deal and we definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

The hotel is nice. It has a good pool and lounge chairs with umbrellas. The problem is that we made a reservation several months in advance. And even so, when we arrived we were not given the requested room. And we weren't the only ones. We hear other tourists claim the same thing. We had q share bed and move the other day to another room. Also on the page said with its own access to the beach… that access consisted of a narrow, unenlightened (so Q could not go to the beach at night…) x which circulated motorcycles all the time.

A fantastic place, near the beach and the Convention center of Nusa Dua. You can go out for a walk at night.

Not a fan. Booked it based on reviews we read online. The rooms were adequate, but nothing special. Ants in the room and in the bed. I didn't bother to complain as I was told, it's common. It's Indonesia. The staff were friendly. The worst part were the rude guests in our vicinity. They were incredibly loud at 3am and we had to complain to hotel staff who then came to talk to them. We got moved the next day after having to wait over 4 hrs for a new room to empty and be cleaned. Once in the new room, we were again woken by other guests being loud. Slamming doors, banging on doors, and yelling at 1am and 5am again two nights in a row. Purely exhausted from the past three nights here. Also, the breakfast is nothing to brag about. Tasteless food if you ask me.

Nice pool and rooms. Wi-Fi a bit flakey. 5 minute walk to the beach via a narrow lane way.

The cleaners are meticulous with details. There were little to no spots on the metal parts in the toilet. The room I stayed in though was very small and dark and the toilet was a bit small too. I had a small door that could join my room to the one next door and it seemed to be made of paper because I could hear everything that was happening next door. Fortunately for me, I knew them so I was able to tell them to be quiet. Other niggling annoyances are that they reset the toilet floor mat everyday and open the curtains too. Being on the ground floor, I wanted my curtain to be closed when I wasn't there. Breakfast is decent but nothing great. Everything else is as you would expect from an almost 4 star hotel. Customer service is good though.

This hotel is nice, clean, tidy and very cosy, the pool is stunning, but the staff is what will make you come back here, they will do anything to make you happy.

Very friendly staff. Good facilities, large room sunque they lack a closet or piece of furniture with drawers for clothes (there's only cabinet, open with 4 coat hangers and not a drawer). The best the breakfast.

A very good hotel. Polite staff, delicious Breakfast, great pool. The only negative is the housekeeping. Two weeks of stay I have never noticed damp in the room. Towels dirty, and for two adults and one child produce one set of shampoo and shower gel and not even every day.

All is well, you can swim at night in the pool. The only drawback, very good audibility in the room…
