5* luxury! We stayed here (leaving today) for 10nights for our honeymoon. We upgraded before we came to the Palace Club — beautiful spacious room, lovely view on our terrace looking out to the pond area with the ducks (who religiously come at certain times to be fed at the palace club breakfast room/canapé room — so cute). We made good use of the evening canapés and drinks which saved buying extra round the pool area. The advertised "cocktails" for the palace club are not act…ually cocktails, it's just liqueurs, beers, wines and soft drinks, which was a little disappointing as I love a good cocktail but never mind! The one thing that really hit me was how friendly and kind all the staff are, all they want to do is help you and make sure you know where things are etc. I could write an essay but I'll keep the positive and negative (very few negative) points that I can think of as bullet points:
+ Friendly staff
+ Great location, right on the beach, lush walks along the beach, easy walk to Bali Collection where there's loads of restaurants and typical souvenir shops and clothes shops. There's a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Bali Collection, make sure you arrive 10 mins before the bus is due though as it gets very full (although luckily our hotel was the first to be picked up from out of another 3 hotels so we always got on)
+ So clean!

It was a pleasure trip and a scenic, calm, peaceful accommodation was our requirement for the stay. The hotel fitted on every account so perfectly that we had a chance to have the best time of our life. The hotel room though not unusually large, was clean and comfortable with everything including the mini bar fully loaded. To our pleasant surprise and a bit of embarrassment, we were treated as honey mooning couple and thus the bed decorated with swans. The room door opened in to a sit out (very subtly hidden with shutters and curtains) complete with chairs and tea table making it irresistible not to have tea sitting there. It presented a superb view of the green surroundings. The service was perfect and prompt. The staff in every section of the hotel was remarkably polite and humble. The hotel has very artistic and aesthetically arranged interiors, a pool with colorful fishes in the lobby attracting all. The complimentary buffet breakfast was the biggest spread that we have seen anywhere in the world and fit for royal courts. The beach of the hotel was all that anyone would yearn for, complete with restaurant. The hotel architecture is classic and adorns beautiful figures and heavy wrought iron figures on the railings. However the only negative point was old scratched, chipped bed side tables. The hotel stay will remain as sweet memory and would be back to revive them at a later date.

We have just returned from this beautiful hotel after a 5 night stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, the breakfasts catered for every nationality and were amazing with so many healthy options and such a fantastic variety of dishes. The staff are without exception very welcoming and helpful and the two swimming pools are a delight to swim in. The hotel grounds and beach are excellently maintained and there is an air of peace and tranquility throughout. This hotel well deserves it's 5 star rating in every way.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful territory — when entering the Gate with a mini water Tirta Gangga, there is one big with a nursery and one smaller (part of the bottom sand, part tile q grid for volleyball) pools q mini for basketball. The restaurants on site are exquisite and the food in them is very tasty, great service.
Cleaning every day, rooms are spacious, good climate control system.
The beach is large, sunbeds can be put closer at the okeaeu or in the shade of trees on the beach.

A very nice place. We initially booked a family room, which was very disappointing, horrible bathroom and dirty cups, but were fortunate and moved into a suite which changed the entire trip and experience. The management team managed the situation very well. I would recommend it, and gave it 5 stars based on our suite, if we stayed in the family room I would have given it 3 stars. On a positive note, if you're staying with a family, it's right next to one of the better private beaches in Bali and you can walk to Bali collections which provides some additional restaurants and other shops. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, the staff were very friendly and kind.

Very disappointing, booked a room for 4 people, arrived to find only 1 double bed and 1 single, when we said we needed an extra bed, they said it would cost an additional $87 a night. This added an extra $700 onto our holiday, which we had not been expecting! Left feeling we had totally been ripped off, won't be going back.

The rooms are quite good. Especially Service was exceptionally good. The Staff was always very polite and caring. We are pure vegetarian (no Onion and no garlic as well) and the staff pro-actively took extra care of us to ensure that we get breakfast as per our requirement. There was decent variety of Indian menu in the breakfast. The beach is also very serene and clean. Almost All resorts in Nusa Dua area are private and hence outside shops, restaurants, etc are not easily accessible.

We are very happy to stay here! We spent a week and didn't want to leave) )

Beautiful Hotel with a very relaxing ambiance. The hindu inspired structures at the front are great if you want solitude or just take a pretty selfie! The tables and chairs by the beach are very nice too!

You'll fall in love with this beautiful place. Nice pool with bar, great dining, nice video from room, room is extremely clean and large with extra bunk bed in in section of the room. Very good service from every section of the hotel…

The surroundings is so serene, quiet and natural. The services is perfect with the friendly hotel staff contribute warmth atmosphere. Spending 4 days there with big family was a great experience, combination of luxury and traditional of balinese concepts is so amazing. Can't wait to stay another days at the hotel some time in the future.

Very nice hotel, both externally and inside. Chic temple complex at the central entrance. Nice and attentive staff.
There are also free buses from the hotel to TC Gallery.

Have spent holidays once or twice every year in bali. Nice food. Beautiful view. Cool windy beach. BUT compared to other resorts/hotels along Nusa Dua beach, hotel staffs are quite unfriendly. If I have a chance to come to bali next time, I definitely not choose this hotel.

In general, a good hotel, colorful. Especially for those who are in Bali for the first time-like me) Nice beach, great grounds. The number fund is worn out, but during the upgrade (as of March 26, 2018).

The service in the hotel on a solid four. The sandy beach where you can admire the sunrise (not the sunsets! ) is the main advantage of this hotel. In the neighborhood there are hotels five star, the audience-vacationers about-adequate and polite. On the line of the beach constantly stand guards. Places under umbrellas can always be found.

It's a great holiday. Warm ocean, beautiful beach.

It's a great water park. I recommend going after 13, running to 18. At this time there are fewer people and almost no queues.

We liked this hotel. It is a bit older, but the rooms are very clean and well maintained, also the rest of the hotel premises. The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and freshly prepared. Also the numerous restaurants and bars. The Tamarind Restaurant is highly recommended. Here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. The price is reasonable.
The outdoor facilities are nicely grown and invite you to take a walk. As this hotel is very popular with V. A. Chinese tourists who book here wedding photo shoots, we met again and again couples in some very interesting wedding clothing, whose photographers shot heaps of pictures on the beach as well as the plant… a funny Variety…
The beach is clean and was not crowded mid to late January.
A beautiful palm strip along the sea also offers shade places, as the sun is not to be underestimated in Bali.
We'll be back!

Great hotel in a good location. There are plenty of places for a photo shoot from the comfort of your hotel. Breakfasts, buffet, less varied. The rooms are large and clean.

The attention to detail by every single member of staff we met was amazing. Beautiful resort and not a blade of grass out of place, I've never seen somewhere pristine. We walked through the other neighbouring resorts out of interest and the Nusa Dua beach hotel is noticeably superior.

Location is excellent, service is great. We booked a holiday for 2 rooms but for out of hands reasons we have to cancel one room on arrival time, was told by receptionist that I will get some refund, when I went back to ask about I was told that there is no refund for cancellation or no show for less than a weeks unfortunately lost our money and will never to recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are not very large. The beach is nice.

Colorful hotel, a little old-fashioned design, if you are lucky then on the balcony will live a giant iguana (or some dinosaur) like ours, but it is not dangerous. The reef is as stunning as the Maldivian and the red sea, be sure to take the mask.

Great stay with the Kappa club.

The hotel is beautiful quiet for young couples. The beach is also beautiful. Only worries do not take the taxis from the hotel and avoid eating at the hotel as it costs super expensive 3 times more than in town and much less choice.

Staff, facilities and location are really 5 star, however since the new General Manager has declared this a 'pork free' hotel to us it meant no free decisions regarding our food preferences. No bacon and eggs Favorite breakfast. No beautiful Balinese roast piglet Favourite theme dinner item. No sweet and sour pork Favourite dinner item. For an international hotel, we feel this is unacceptable! By all means separate this food if it's not in line with your persuasion, but don't disadvantage patrons who should have the choice! What next we ask?!?

Nusa Dua is always been my favorite area when I come to Bali. This hotel is located in the best location of Bali named BTDC. Sometimes I go for jogging during my holiday here. No traffic to the hotel, there is also my favorite places around the hotel, very convenient. The hotel itself is very authentically Bali. You can really feel the Balinese ambiance but not spooky. As I said, it's oldies but goodies. The hotel really maintain their facilities, it's clean and nice. I love the pool and whirlpool at the spa area, it's quite and relaxing. But if you bring your family, the main or lagoon pool is the best. The beach is also nice and clean, you can buy ice cream there. And my favorite restaurant is Tamarind, you can enjoy the delicious foods with the best view of the beach. If you stay in palace club room, you will have breakfast at the club lounge which has unbelievably nice view with pool, temple, ducks, and nice and green garden. And the most important thing, the service was best, staffs are friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed every time I stay there. One more thing, I don't have to struggle with the traffic to the airport when I leave since there's is a toll road that really can save time.

Rooms are very nice. Balinese Style. Very comfortable and with quiet air conditioning!
Service is absolutely perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. Hospitality is lived here and not played.
Nearby (15min on the Beach) there is a mall with all sorts of restaurants and shops. Otherwise the area is rather quiet.

As a hotel and services 4, 5 stars. Good for relaxation. Great staff. But the beach is disappointing. With sand, but urchins, it"s not deep (you can't swim even at high tide) and forget the snorkeling — there is no trace of fish.

This is a beautiful place. Private beach and lovely resort. However, the rooms and specially the bathrooms are pretty compact. The place is very quiet and rich. The beach is well maintained and safe. There are no time restrictions. Also, there are other 5 stars along the stretch of thus beach and are inter connected. So you can walk along the beach and go to other 5 star as well. That's what we did. Nusa dua is nice and romantic place, but absolutely no option for vegetarians and gets a little dull as well, as there was no live music. But you can easily go to Westin or any other hotel in that stretch and have dinner there.

A beautiful hotel. Well kept, clean and we'll maintained. The staff were helpful and very friendly. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We stayed there from the 1st August to 5th August. Will recommend this hotel anytime. Thank you to the staff!

Beautifully appointed International Class venue. Tranquil spaces within can take in local cultural features. Luxurious gardens surround pools and many interesting places to eat and drink. Happy friendly staff. Well maintained spacious rooms. Direct access to beach. Free Shuttle bus available back up to Kuta etc. Thoroughly recommended.

Definitely one of the best places to stay at in Bali! It's location is magnificent, accompanied with a beach of it's own. Hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly and also well trained. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious with complete facilities and you're also welcomed with a delicious welcome drink. Long walks along the beaches are definitely recommended at night, and it's location is the prime location with quick access from and to the airport. Good breakfast food and has really nice pool facilities. Price might a bit above average but definitely a must stay!

Large, but not too big-acting hotel in very nicely landscaped garden area. The breakfast buffet was very good. Friendly staff, good service.

Great structure situated on the sea, the catering offers are varied and for all tastes/pockets. Worth mentioning is the Tamarind, one of the restaurants, right on the beach (beware of the Squirrels). Beach equipped, comfortable, clean and not crowded. However, in the area, the characteristic restaurants, by the sea, complete the culinary offer, typical dishes based on fish at very low prices. Among the various hotels in the area, is the main destination of all the wedding photo services, a continuous of couples that in the gardens or by the sea are allowed to photograph in their most beautiful day (hopefully…).

We stayed for 10 days last year and had a fabulous time. We were lucky enough to enjoy the benefits of a "Luxury Escape " package. Our only minor disappointment was the room was a bit tired, but we spent most of the time around the pool. As a matter of courtesy pool towels should not be placed on lounges and left all day. Some guests went out for a day trip and came back late to their towels. The staff we so helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate in recommending this Hotel.

I love Nusa Dua Beach Hotel!. Today my birthday. If someone asked me where I wanted to go to, it will be this hotel. They are truly such lovely, kind and friendly people. Always smiling & willing to help where they can to make your stay even better. I miss my lovely breakfast, clean pools & relaxed atmosphere. There is something special about this hotel with the older yet modern enough character. A big plus point, definitely the different eating out venues within the grounds. I have looked at so many other hotels & always come back to the same one. I just love the overall feel. Thank you friendly Nusa Dua staff.

Loved it! Kids club was friendly and can take kids from 3 years old. Location great, short stroll down the beach pathway and end up at the new beach club with 3 water slides, and a wave rider machine, also Bali Collections shopping mall is right behind it also. Easy with young children. We can't wait to come back.

Lovely place… wonderful gardens, excellent service, tasty food.

Small beach club for hotel guests with chairs, umbrellas and a bar for food and drinks. 20 meters and your in the water. The water is rough around noon time because of high tide and the water gets all mixed up and murky. Snorkeling is great as you get out there and the current takes you down and there is lots to see, just be careful not to get in the way of fisherman as they will tell at you.

Its the best hotel to stay at bali. Nothing to explain the only word for this hotel is "FANTASTIC"

We have spent 2 weeks in this hotel and we very much enjoyed everything. Perhaps the rooms are small and have become a little outdated but the resort in general is amazing. Is one of the best areas of Bali, also close to many areas to go shopping or go to eat. You have direct access to the beach and has 2 pools that are quite large. There are many hammocks so you can relax quietly. The restaurants in general were quite good perhaps the most disappointing was the balinese food, we were expecting exceptional cuisine but the only thing that we had was an exorbitant price. Perhaps the worst thing is the beach. We had the bad luck that in the central hours of the day, it was low tide so we were not able to getting wet a lot. Also you are continually passing people, trying to sell something (excursions, necklaces, kites, sarongs, …) makes it a bit heavy. All the staff is very friendly and professional. Helped us all the time and solved all our doubts. It is a hotel to go as a couple or family.

The Perfect Ambience. Every Detail fits. Everything very clean and well maintained. A large swimming Pool with Bar. Very large selection at the Breakfast buffet. The only drawback, the sea here is not suitable for swimming (usually low tide). In the vicinity there is a Shopping Center with many cafes and Bars.

The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa has it's own secure beach patrolled by security guards. It is a great calm tropical island beachfront hotel with big beachfront swimming pools. The food is delicious and entertainment first class. They really rolled out the red carpet for my family.

This is nusa dua beach hotel and spa! I write the review from the hotel room now. Very nice hotel … But the beach is not for swimming only for kids to plau unlike kuta beach.

An excellent hotel! We were surprised that the hotel is in no way inferior to the world famous networks as RitzCarlton, Intercontinntal, Bulgari, etc. And the price for the room many times! cheaper. Stop right there — not regret.

The hotel is fantastic, only one not понравлось after 24:00 comfortable room, all of the restaurants are closed. After 24:00 the hotel just dies out. But the rest of the level.
