A very lively and welcoming place. The ambience of the hotel and the treatment given to the guests by the staff is something one can feel like coming back for. The staff at the reception and the consierge was extremely helpful and considerate. The pool created for the kids with a splash bucket on top was something that keeps the children feel jubilant along with the lagoon. The hotel has given very special attention to the couples who come with their family having kids. The day to day activities are pre-scheduled and quite refreshing and entertaining. The view of the sea is spectacular. The rooms are clean and room service immaculate and prompt. The only thing that we personally had problems with the availability of Indian cuisine! There are not many options in the menu catering to Indian taste buds, and so you can't have them day in and day out especially if one wishes to stay for longer duration. But other than that, think hotel is a beautiful place to stay if one chooses to go to Bali.

Very friendly and helpful staff. On the beach front with water sport activities offered on site. Two bars (one with a swim up bar) and two pools. Very good for children with a small water slide, children's pool, and indoor playground. Food is okay, not bad but nothing super special. Large drink menu with happy hour from 12-2 and 5-7. Very clean and modern. Pool table and nice lounge areas.

Great room, meals, and service. Hotel amenities are great. Nice pool. Staff work very hard to maintain a clean atmosphere. Benoa itself is very busy. Traffic will make you cringe at times (I'm from Canada) at the risks they take on the road. There are lots of street vendors. They are pushy but polite if that makes sense. Overall, were enjoying ourselves.

This resort is a very big resort and also has a very beautiful private beach. The hotel offers you various kinds of rooms to choose from depending upon your requirements and budget. This is a 5 star hotel so plan your budget accordingly if you are willing to stay here. The hotel staff is very cooperative and pays attention to all your requirements. They can arrange for certain things on special request. The room is quite big and has all the amenities.

Quite new building hotel, good service from prior arrival to check out time. They prepared everything in detail and accomodated our requests more than we would expect it.

Not big but express to the beach. Nice morning wave for kids. Satisfied.

This resort is fantastic for both adults and kids. Staff is very friendly. Food is good and at reasonable price. It is challenging to go outside as everything is great inside.

The safe wasn't working and the refrigerator wasn't obvious. One of the staff there was controlling the kids. There is a Kids Club which was very nice but you need an adult to sign in everytime so that you can play which makes it really difficult as mostly it is the kids who go there alone. There was a problem with the chocolate milk in the hotel buffet. It was hard to dispense and it seems like the milk somehow solidify and made the chocolate milk salty. But the pool was amazing. It was for people 1.2m and above as all the bigger pools are 1.2m. It was not very safe as there was a ledge separating the pool and the drain which was mostly rock, leaves and some water. So if someone accidentally fell inside, they might be seriously injured. The hotels were very clean and nice but the mother and brother were allergic to the shower soap and it was a little serious as thier hands and legs had rashes. My mother had it more serious than my brother who had it on his legs only. But the bed was comfortable. They had transport services provided and the lobby of Holiday Inn was really big and clean. I would not recommend this to someone who wants to enjoy their holiday to Bali as I did not really enjoy my stay there.

Wonderful experience. All the staff went out of their way to assist. The food was excellent. Don't miss the spa-The balinese classic is not to be missed!

What can I say that from the reception Regan to Susy and all the other staff whose name I can't remember are great. What a absolute gem of a resort. From the staff who ensure that the customers are well looked after through to the actual premises itself which is Superb. And to all the staff that make this one of the best resorts ever.

Love this resort very much. Great for family with kids. It is a wide but small enough resort that you can easily watch your kids from one spot.

Among all hotels in benoa area I stayed before, Holiday Inn is the best one so far with affordable price. Have modern design, yet Balineese ambience still not left behind. Very nice pool separated into two zones (inner hotel part and beach pool). Very friendly staffs, especially Pak Regen that very friendly to have chit chat about coffee :) (got complimentary nasi goreng breakfast also) The downside of this hotel are Parking Area but overcome by valet, and also not so many choice for breakfast (hopefully they will add beef bacon for moslem friendly ;) ) They have proper barista here, ther coffee soooo proper, armed by simonelli as their gun. I stayed at beach view which is exquisite with sunrise view as a major bonus here… Hopefully also, they can add 1 or 2 complimentary watersport there… will pick this hotel again in near future visit ;)

We are a family of 5 (kids are 2, 5 and 7) and we were here for 19 nights in July/August 2017. The staff here is fantastic! Extremely friendly and helpful, smiling and pleasant and they are great with kids. Their kid's club is very good, again fantastic staff, and our kids had a lot of fun there. Children under 4 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or you can book a babysitter on an hourly basis (24h notice). The pools look great and are well maintained, but the water is on the cold side and we didn't use them very often as the kids could only stay in for 15-20 minutes before getting cold. Others were in there all day though, and our kids have always been quick to get cold. There is a nice little kids section with a small slide and splash area. The hotel is just in front of the beach, which the kids also really enjoyed. However, be aware that the Nusa Dua beach is a water sports hub so there is constantly jetskis and speedboats going past (outside a marked swim zone) and depending on the wind direction there can be a gasoline smell coming in with the breeze. The staff was great with helping us book trips around Bali and we got lots of good tips. The gym is very nice and located right next to the most popular pool so you can work out and still keep an eye on kids in the pool. There is only 1 restaurant here, but you can order and eat in 2 different pool bars and inside/outside the restaurant itself.

We loved our stay. Nice clean rooms & facilities. Several pools to enjoy; including a kids pool with slide & bucket water splash area and a swim up bar/restaurant. The hotel is right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and our LO loved loved loved Kids Club and the staff at KC. The spa services were AMAZING and reasonably priced… we felt so pampered. Highly recommend this family fun and friendly hotel.

Clean and nice hotel on the beach. Several pools to play in, including a children's pool with a slide. Sun beds available both poolside as well as on the beach. Towel service and daily activities. A couple of pool bars to top it of. Great value for your money.

Excellent experience here and superb place to stay specially if you have kids. They really take care of kids with some fun options and swimming pool with sea view is great place for spending time with family.

Fun for kids at affordable rate. Try the ocean view family suite if you have extra budget to spare. Its lovely!

Great hotel. Big pool. Sadly, some activities such as water aerobic were not done even though the list says so. Would recommend it to anybody.

It's a 5 star hotel. Very good pool, private beach, nice room ambience. Bar had got very good array of cocktails. Food is good too. It would be unfair if I don't mention about beach view rooms. Sunrise from the room is just heavenly. Even the night bus is enjoyable. So if at all you get a chance, it's worth spending that extra buck on it.

I didn't stay at this resort but decided to spend the day there at the beach club. Absolutely love it. Great view of the beach, friendly staff, food was delicious and swimming pool was great. I stayed there all day and didn't want to leave. Wifi was very good and the must was the big bucket that drop water in the kids area. Very cool.

Good place with direct access to beach. Staffs are very helpful. Good kids club. A bit small resort compared to others nearby. Reasonable priced spa and food but food quality, variety and waiting time can be improved.

I can't praise the staff at this resort enough! My entire experience was A+ from beginning to end. At check in despite being super early I was accommodated with a room in short order. I was given refreshments and made to feel welcome immediately. The front desk staff were super helpful in arranging day trips for my partner and I and even helped me get a SIM card. The bar staff and restaurant staff helped us explore Indonesia's exciting cuisine and the pool wet bar is where we spent many an evening relaxing in the water. I'm definitely staying here again!

Overall it looks a nice resort like hotel. Unfortunately when I tried to have breakfast I was made to feel very unwelcome. Guest Relations told me breakfast until 11am. I got to restaurant at 10:45 and they already closed. Couldn't even order a la carte. So tried room service which had the most disgusting salty Soto Ayam. It's a nice hotel but food and service really let it down.

Great for the price. Awesome location on the beach. Pool nice n cool. Breakfast quite good. Great path to walk to Nusa Dua. Kids club is quite small but my son loved it. Staff are fantastic. Everyone seems to speak good English even the cleaners.

Lovely quiet beach front hotel with spa and pools. Sea facing rooms are a generous size and have a nice balcony to observe the sun rising over the sea. On beach dining is casual and relaxed. Bar menu is basic but food is ok, evening menu very limited and food is not great, I was surprised that the beef randang being a local dish was so poor. While the staff are super friendly, some investment is needed in kitchen staff. This point is made worse by the lack of good restaurants in the locality.

Small and intimate. Kid friendly. Amazing service. Great happy hours. Not to crowded. Small but nice Beach. Close to water sports.
